I was at first concerned about using a new platform without any training on the software but it was surprisingly easy to use. Notifications sent to your inbox help direct you when something new is going on and the straightforward layout for task completion makes it simple to understand where you're up to with work flow. The visual design of the platform is clear and easy on the eye, not too busy and well laid out. Really enjoyable to use!
