Pros: 1.) Simple to use GUI

2.) Integrated with our 2 billing systems (hostbill and WHMCS)

3.) It is constantly being developed.

4.) Its a complete solution there are no other addons to buy

5.) The support has been outstanding.

6.) Clear per CPU pricing

Cons: There is only one thing that sometimes annoys me, when you have a support ticket they fix an issue and do not tell you how they did it... so you have to ask :)

Overall: It is been very good, we started using it when it was in its infancy and it has come a long way.

The support was the main reason for the switch from Xen.

We are only a small company and to know we have the backing of a large support team without having to worry about per ticket costs was a major selling point for us.

Pros: There isn't anything that we like. Their customer service and support was unfriendly and the quality of the software is bad too.

Cons: in 4 years we had to open more than 240 technical support tickets due to problems with their software which makes it 5 tickets per month and 1.25 tickets per week. In many of the cases their support staff didn't know what they were doing and they even caused full data loss for 2 servers. Good that we had backups to restore them.

Overall: None.
