Pros

Easy and quick to updating operative instructions time by time even if several step are within it. Sharing and operative instruction accessibility are a plus: everyone has always the last updated version.

Cons

Possibility to have an industrial library immages in which you can simulate operative process without taking pictures for every production process step.

Very good customer service and availability of their staff. Implementations with customers went always very smoothly, and this is value both for us and for them.

Pros

I like most of all the completeness of functionalities of the platform. It is suitable both for simple scenarios, when just the generation of work instructions is requested, both for more complex companies where is requested interactions with operators or machines.

Cons

What I think is missing is an app for spartphone to simplify the capture and saving of pictures, to put them in the instructions.

A tool to share information in all of our plants.

Pros

We like the fixed format, cloud based and translations. The guidebooks created and used in our different facilities have the same look and feel.

Easy to create an audit form and quality check list; Can create work instructions for a tablet Save automatically every modification;

Cons

The translation is working with Google translation so I need to review it. This helps to speed up the creation process but it is good to double check.

Productivity, standarsation, serialisation, work instruction, user friendly.

Pros

\- Having traceability on our processes (Work instructions, time, quality, serialization. -Helping to prioritize continuous improvement initiatives. -Very easy to use

Cons

\-To undo a non-conformance you need to issue a non-conformance resolution. This takes a bit more time as a result but provides a higher level of traceability and accuracy in information.

Pros

Pretty much user friendly, easy to build instructions for the operators and also easy to learn how to use it.

Cons

Lots of mistakes about the french translation, specially when we're trying to close a work order. Also impossible to set up manually an affected quantity to 1 unit. It's also impossible to cancel a non-conformity report in case of a mistake, impossible to go back during production. Lot of things that makes VKS hard to use for the operators during production.
