Customer service is poor, and I don't know how the service is going to be post-purchase. Pros 1\. Nice interface 2. Easy to access on any mobile device or laptop 3. Fit Australian rental management requirement 4. Reasonable Price 5. Aussie product Cons Worst customer service. I asked whether the accumulative total of the expense available in the product then the company director responded rudely. He may say, "Currently, this feature is unavailable and may be considering for future development". I was interested in buying the product and asked a few more questions, but he didn't respond. I don't do negative reviews but except these sorts of behaviours. Also, the product has missed some future, and the product owner is not interested in listening to those, so I'm not interested.
