Pros: We choose Zest to substitute or appraisals and goal setting procedure. Zest was quickly installed, easy to use and everyone can access via smartphone or tablet.

Cons: Until now there is nothing to complain about. Very good support.

Overall: We introduced Zest in less that one month. But you also should be aware, that this kind of feedback and employee engagement tool have a strong impact to your leadership philosophy and some managers are not very happy to work with feedback from teams and be visible every day in everybody´s mood.
