Pros I loved how easy it is to translate your voice. Customers can merely speak into it in their language and you can hear back what they said in English. Cons There’s isn’t a variety of functions on this app. You can only use it for voice translation. Our organization is in a diverse community, so it really expands our market by having the ability to at least attract clients who are not comfortable with English. Pros The accuracy of Translate.com has been the strongest selling point. It routinely provides more accurate results than Google Translate. We're only using the free trial right now, but we will likely upgrade and begin using the subscription-based services in the near future. Cons I have no complaints right now, as we are only on the free version of Translate. The only errors we have come across have been in certain quotations and block quotes.
