June 30, 2018 5.0 Pros Click funnels is easy to use and actually pretty intuitive! I absolutely love how all my funnels are organized and into steps. Along with funnel stats for each page. This really helps you see how well your funnel is performing. This is an amazing page builder with a TON of features! Cons I wish they had a 24/7 live chat. My experience with customer service hasn't been the best. Also, every once in a while you have to deal with bugs or servers going down. But that's rare. And I do think the cost is a bit much compared to other software. The features it has I do like though I wish it had more 2. It integrates with a lot of other software which is nice 3. The support and training surrounding the platform is great Cons 1\. Way too expensive. The software Im using now is so much cheaper it makes no sense to continue with ClickFunnels. 2. I really dont like the look of the funnels. There are other softwares that can do what CF does, but they aren't as advanced. Cons The big con to this software is how hard it is to PROPERLY AND EFFECTIVELY set up a click funnel. Cons I have been trying to cancel my Click Funnels account for months. They offer no phone support. Their billing email, never answers a request. They just give you a copied answer from the FAQ. I have emailed to the billing office three times in February and four times in March and they have still not cancelled my subscription. Reason for choosing ClickFunnels I watched their video on line. What I liked the most ClickFunnels don't just focus on building a sales funnel you can also create a homepage as well. It integrate with many softwares from payment gateway to CRM softwares. It creates best lead pages or landing pages if you want to capture leads into your email autoresponder. The customer support is very helpful. If you've a E-commerce site this could be also be a great platform. Cons It may be very overwhelming if you're really starting and you don't what you are doing. I am current taking Russel's One Funnel Away Challenge, and love it so far! I have absolutely struggled with building my business and I know this has been due to my own limiting beliefs. It allows you to take payment, fosters a massive range of integrations, retains contacts and much more. The page builder is a godsend since it allows me to build pages in record time. Cons There is somewhat of a learning curve for those who are not tech savvy. But I don't think it can get any simpler than it already is, to be honest.
