There is an affiliate dashboard too, so that you can sell their tools and funnels and earn more money beside what you earn from your own products. ClickFunnels has the Etison Editor which is a drag n drop visual editor where you can design funnels easy and fast and add a lot of styling, actions, integrations, popups, forms and redirects. It's the best marketing tools there is. I have used it for many of our customers that needed a website fast and an easy dashboard to design their sales pages themselves. Cons The only disadvantage is the price range, because not everyone can afford the mid-tier plans, but if you are willing to invest some money you will earn much more. The first few products I tried to sell flopped, but I continued to test new products and create new funnels, and eventually started making money with the funnels I created in clickfunnels. Pros I love how quickly I'm able to create email opt-in pages, sales pages, and order forms that look amazing and convert well. I also used it to create a password protected membership area for one of my digital products. Cons It's not ideal for making blogs or home page websites. Pros I liked how everything was all in one platform. However, I didn’t end up using their built in email software… I synched it with active campaign. The stats were displayed nicely on the homepage and it’s easy to navigate to various funnels. They also have great customer support! Cons I found the loading speeds to be slow which made me frustrated when I know there are other faster softwares. I also didn’t like the templates. It's great for specific use-cases, but I am actively on the hunt for new tools and am seeing competitors growing quite rapidly, and will soon outpace ClickFunnels in terms of functionality, price, and ease of use. Pros They've got the funnel flow figured out. They're the OG of the funnel-sphere. If you need a solid tool to make funnels and are willing to build slowly but surely, click by click, trudging along, and are very new to funnels, this is a great foray into it. Appreciate the ability to checkout first and then add products to the cart, without having to check out again - retroactively - so we can perpetuate the impulse buy. Cons \- Designer is clunky. Compared to SOO many other drag and drop editors, my design time is twice longer in Clickfunnels due to SOOOO many clicks. - No back end product manager - have to recreate products Every. Single. Time. - No autosave - Integrations are clunky - too many steps, weird requirements. Doesn't integrate very well with a lot of apps out of the box, like you need to know tech and webhooks and api. The software limits are not such a big problem as are integrations (especially for payments) that just stop working out of nowhere, caching that fails to update for months, so you have to remove a page and make a new URL etc. All in all, it's a damn shame, as removing developers from the equation make for awesome time and money savings to every online business. Pros I like the A/B testing tools that are so easy to set up, code development has never been simpler and faster, and you don't really need a full-stack developer for it. They also did a great job employing external experts to assist with support, as the waiting times have dropped significantly as of the last few months, and these people are a lot quicker to help you resolve the issues you're facing. Cons Unreliability and caching. This is a terrible, terrible concern. Due to the system being unreliable, the pages can snap and not load properly for hours on end, sometimes even longer. Caching is even worse. You can update content all you want, it will stay cached for months on end, and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. There are tons of integration options available for clickfunnels that makes it easy to build a list or receive payments. It is overall a good funnel builder. Cons Unnecessarily expensive. The basic plan is a complete rip-off and if there is anything the owners of Clickfunnels are good at. It is in upselling - you would need to pay more for anything you want more. Owner E-Learning Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Solid software, expensive, horrible support" August 11, 2020 4.0 The software works, support is awful, and if I could go back, I would use something less expensive with better customer support and just take the extra bit of time to learn how to use it. With other softwares such as WordPress, you can also get a lot more functionality (just at the cost of ease of use). Pros The software does it's job well. Building pages is easy to do, integrations are easy to set up, and for the most part, things tend to work the way that they should. If you're looking for something very easy to use with no technical know-how, Clickfunnels is a great place to start. Cons The support is pretty much non-existent. As I write this review, my order page is not functioning while I send a great deal of paid traffic to it (a rather urgent issue) and I'm going on 22 hours with no response from support. A couple years ago support was fantastic! Something changed though, and now it's probably some of the worst customer support of any software company I work with. Reason for choosing ClickFunnels I chose Clickfunnels early on because I wanted the easiest thing possible to use. Now, I continue to use it only because switching to something else would be a massive undertaking. June 6, 2018 5.0 Pros Once you learn the basics of how everything works, it becomes relatively easy (or at least easier) to create landing pages. The software has improved over the last several months, so that has been a good thing. I like how you can duplicate a funnel and make changes, and I like the split testing of funnels as well. Cons Certain functions don't always seem to be where they should be. Also, you can make a change to the path of a funnel and it won't take. You don't receive any sort of message to tell you why, it just doesn't work. After putting in a ticket, I learned that you can't have the same path name for two funnels, even if they are under different URLs. Not sure why this is the case. Review Source JM Jay M. May 13, 2021 5.0 Pros The price tag is kind of high compared to other software, but I keep going back to click funnels because it's easy, comfortable, and everyone just understands it. The flexibility can also be enhanced with add-ons you can purchase (like CFProTools) that really take ClickFunnels to the next level. Cons The pricing structure. It's a big leap to get unlimited funnels, a built-in autoresponder, and enabling affiliates. The autoresponder function isn't great so I think they could do away with it. Since leaving I have found other tools that have more functionality. Pros Quick setup for the most part, however for more in depth features, they require custom codes and more work. Their passion for their products, as well as their desire for everyone to achieve success with their products really comes through. Pros The software has so many tools available to support you if you are trying to work through them on your own. I love the live tech talks and tech demos that you can jump on to get assistance in real-time. This is all new to me. I had to learn quickly that I don't need to become an expert in funnel building, product creation, etc, to be successful. Click funnel has brought together all the tools and resources I need to make this work for my business. In addition, there are live demos and video content that I can tap into to enhance the learning experience and increase my understanding of Click Funnel concepts. Their books add a ton of value to the digital product. I prefer the books in hardcover. Cons I was unprepared for the vast amount of information compiled in this package. I quickly become overwhelmed with how much I didn't know. Luckily, Click Funnels has many resources built into their product. I didn't have to go outside their product for clarity.
