There are many benefits to this software that all add up. A huge benefit is having customers create their own orders and thus eliminating human error of missing items over the phone or incorrect special requests. The orders come in quickly, in an easy to read format reducing the time of taking an order over the phone from minutes to seconds. As a result we can also use codes for discounts and promotions, deliver them straight to the customers phone and even give special vouchers for free meals. This app now allows you to advertise to your customers without leaving the business to deliver leaflets, and without worrying will Facebook show all my page followers my post. The benefit of allowing card payments is also one to note as it reduces cash in store which in tern can speed up customer service as the payment process in store is removed and the customer simply walks in and walks out.

Pros

What I love most about this software is a draw between two of its functionalities. As an app for users, its extremely easy to use interface can be priceless attracting new customers who may be weary of this type of technology. Everything about it's order process instills confidence that the order has been sent and the process went smoothly. The second functionality is the data dashboard for us as owners. To put it simply it removes all guess work behind the typical question of what drives our sales. It's presented as both easy to read graphs and also in a downloadable format for those who wish to run excel sheets. You'll soon find out your truly most profitable items, events, delivery locations, even hour of the day.

Cons

Having been with Flipdish very early on, I've never once had an instance where I thought to myself "I don't like this".

Pros

Integrates with your business so that the customer doesn't feel as though they are using a third party app. The online portal provides really helpful insights and breakdowns allowing you to see customer trends. The customer service from Flipdish is outstanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they work with you to ensure you are getting the best from the software capabilities.

Cons

Nothing I can think of as the guys are only ever a phonecall/email away and are more that happy to help.

Pros

after a bad experience,i cant write something good about them. if you are deciding to use them,make sure you are you are reading all the bad reviews as well,not just the good ones,in this way you will know what to ask,or what to expect from them

Cons

I started the jurney with them in December,since then i had just issues from miscommunication or wrong information's given,to days of waiting to be contacted by the Account Manager,when im saying days,i mean 8 days first time,and second time 3 days,the customer service reply,we will escalate this and you will be contacted by the account manager. Ive been in touch even with a lady Manager and the same reply came,tha account manager will contact you. I understood that some small issues can happen and i gave them another chance and another,but now im fed up with all the situations and lack of support received. For me was just a bad experience and i requested for the account to be closed and i also blocked all the payments to them. i don't recommend to nobody to use Flipdish.

With more and more of our customers looking to order for delivery and with the explosion of smartphone us we felt Flipdish are the perfect partner for us.The software is very easy to use and the customer service is the best ive ever recieved by any company

To be honest i cant say that i dislike any part of the sotware , it all very user friendly with a gtreat interface

Pros

Quick and easy to use. Two touch ordering, for end user. Geo location make it simple and easy to identify the closest shop to order from. Integrated processing with POS so dockets print directly into kitchen avoid double entry or keying mistakes. Loyalty program and push notifications direct to customers.

Cons

More reporting functionality, with easy to use customisible reports, ability to compare different locations on the one report.

### "Flipdish's handle customer disputes"

I used Flipdish for more than 1 year for my ghost kitchen location. It has been great until there is a dispute with one of the customers. This customer filed a dispute for online purchases between March 2022 to May 2022, a total of more than $900. Flipdish did not contact our company about this dispute and immediately refunded $967.48 to the customer.

Pros

Inexpensive and easy to use. Provide complete solutions to new business.

Cons

The least I like about this company (not software) is the way they handle credit card disputes.

Our experience with Flipdish has been extremely disappointing. We rely on their kiosk and payment system for our restaurant, but the devices have been plagued with persistent issues. For over two weeks, our kiosk has been non-functional, and the payment terminal frequently disconnects, despite stable internet speeds and exhaustive troubleshooting on our end. The customer service has been slow, unprofessional, and ineffective. They repeatedly provide generic advice and fail to address the core problems. Communication feels like talking in circles, with no clear resolution or accountability. As a business, this has caused significant disruption to our operations, loss of sales, and damage to our brand reputation. We expected better support and reliability from a company in this space. Unless Flipdish makes major improvements to their hardware, systems, and customer service, I cannot recommend their services to any business owner looking for a dependable solution.

Pros

The order website looks nice and the UI is generally nice.

Cons

It doesn't work and that is essential! See below!

Pros

I liked the gps positioning and ease of use.

Cons

Although it is a great piece of software it has minor flaws that can easily be fixed. The good thing though is that as soon as you detect a flaw and report it it is fixed straight away.

I tried tens of options and the consumer experience of Flipdish is unmatched. Setup was fast. The automated loyalty and retention systems very useful as they take care of themselves and don't need me to do any extra work. Our collection business is doing really well with the app - really helps manage the lunch time rush.

Quick setup Good features for loyalty and retention campaigns Full access to customer data Discount vouchers are useful

Cons

We email in menu changes. Would be nice to be able to make these ourselves but so far all changes have been made in under a day.

Pros

User Friendly , Detailed, but most of all i have control on how i want to distribute vouchers to my customers . The refund option is also a plus.

Cons

The system not permitting me to do partial refunds is a bit of problem. And not being able to sanction all promotions had proven to be different

### "Flipdish itself delivers above and beyond the call of duty"

The Flipdish team makes it perfectly clear from the outset that they take full control of set-up. From first contact we have been hugely supported. We were immediately allocated a Sales Contact, then a Sales & Project Manager and now have a dedicated Customer Success Manager. All have a complete 'can do' approach. Nothing is too much to ask. We had been working on the project for some time with a target launch date, however when world circumstances changed and we needed to 'get going yesterday' Team Flipdish jumped into action to meet our new 'immediate' launch requirement.

Pros

For a first time online retail experience, Flipdish was an effort-less add-on to our revenue streams. The integration with our point-of-sale system, the ease of 'loading' our menu content and the 'fields' to convey information to the customer are simplicity at it's best. Our finance department was satisfied with the reporting tools and the ease of the payment method integration.

Cons

So far each and every requirement seems to be well covered.

Pros

It doesn't give problems like Zuppler does!!! Easy to use and great after hours service on the phone, easy for customers to use and no complaints as of yet, and a well managed loyalty system.

Cons

Webpage design is very basic and templated like all other Flipdish clients you have. It would be great to be offered something more unique and a propert croppered around logo on the webpage without a white box around our logo, also a tablet that lets take privy to offline and lets us go offline at busytume instead of having to call, like just eats tablets!!

It is not just the software that makes this company. The people and the support team have been amazing. So friendly, engaging and quick to respond. It makes the process painless. The software looks professional and I have had customers say how easy it is to use. The software gives an online customer option that people are looking for these days. I am very happy with flipdish.

Pros

Ease of use, optics, looks really professional. Ability to offer online loyalty program without the hassle. Dealing with the people who work there that try to make my experience positive.

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing I have found that I don't like. Perhaps paying credit card companies 2.5 percent :-), but I really think the software has been layed out lovely. Also, the staff try to do what they can to customize if it is possible.

Pros

Ease of use, Flipdish provided excellent customer service, very prompt reply . User friendly. The 30 second default was ideal if the customer changed their mind over anything in the order.

Cons

To be honest there was nothing about this software that did not meet the needs of our business or the customers expectations. This is why I have given it a five star rating.

The inability to put on hold certain products and have them be on hold wherever there present. Also portal very buggy, very annoying.
