Let's hope the customer usage keeps growing from here! Pros Ease of use, clarity and customer service. Cons Nothing to do the software it's really good. Strategies to move and convince an audience to use the app could be something to work on. We're able to manage this but maybe other customers aren't able to attract the audience. August 28, 2018 5.0 The charges for the services are lower than the other operators, the invoice is clear and my customers haven't had any problem in making the order. I've increased the orders in the past weeks, overall is a pleasure working with flipdish. Pros It's easy to use, the orders arrive as soon as the customers send them. We are located in a rural town so I wasn't sure that it would work too well for my customers, but it did. The phone rings less and less and orders go straight into the pos which is really nice.
