Amazing platform and customer service. Definitely recommend!

Pros

1\. CA is wonderful because the \[sensitive content hidden\], cares so much. He is always helpful, adding new updates and polish, and generally cares deeply about his customers (coaches). 2. This platform has been instrumental to my work and the work of my clients. It's so helpful to keep everything centralized, organized, secure, and accessible 24/7. It allows a system to manage key parts of the coaching relationship which allows me to both provide higher quality of service AND scale my impact more effectively.

Cons

It can take some time to ramp up with all the features and nuances of the platform. I recommend starting small - actions and worksheets - and then adding more components as they become relevant (courses, metrics, etc). There is so much to learn about so I recommend giving yourself 3-6 months to learn at your own pace.

I have been on the platform for almost a decade and its played a big role in client satisfaction and retention.

Pros

Focuses on what matters most - ways to help client track of what matters about behavior change, and its easy to navigate, etc.

Cons

I love the platform. wish there was a dedicated and more comprehensive app that clients could use on their mobile phones but this a nice-to-have.

Pros

I like the ability to have everything in one place (for the most part) - scheduling, invoicing, client worksheets, client action items. I like that you are billed per active user which means your monthly expenses can fit your business. And great customer service!

Cons

It's a little complex getting started (but the tutorials are really good - I just feel like it could be overwhelming), and sometimes where things are located is not so intuitive. There are also a few features that are a little clunky (like not being able to manage a client's contact information in the same place as everything else for the client) but I like the rest of it so much that I have recommended to several people. I wish they had a way to do promo codes!

Amazing! I've used CA in the past with great success, however, wasn't ready at that time to scale. I am now and from the consistent great service I get, it was the first platform that I thought of when getting back into it.

Pros

Having support for tech is a BIG deal for me. I'm an expert at what I do (which is coaching) but I know that tech is not my strong suit. I asked for help from the CA team and they not only fixed my issue, it was done almost immediately. I was so impressed, I had to share! This is hugely important for me because it helps me feel supported and makes doing what I love easy and simple! Huge thanks to the CA team!

Cons

I wish it was a full CRM platform also so I didn't have to use two different platforms for lead generation. However, as the coaching platform is so easy and effective, its great at what it does.

Pros

This platform had everything I was looking for: scheduling, reminders, content management, client journals, app-like functionality on a smartphone, and measurements.

Cons

With its user interface, this feels very " PC " for my "Mac" brain. However, the customer service team is always ready to answer my question and even walk me through, step-by-step, any challenges I have.

Before I found CoachAccountable, I was patching together different solutions to support my clients. It was frustrating because I was spending a lot of time trying to provide my clients with a top tier service. After testing out CoachAcountable, I discovered that the application will allow me to take better care of my clients while taking my practice to the next level. I'm actually able to offer more coaching to my clients while doing less work. CoachAccountable has made me more money. I can't say enough good things about the application, the staff, and how it makes me a better coach.

Pros

Coach Accountable allows me to provide customized engagement with my clients in between their coaching sessions to support them to reach their goals. My clients have loved the ease of communicating with me, setting appointments and having one place to complete and store all their coaching program documents.

Cons

The learning curve is steep, but there is plenty of support to get up and running fairly quickly.
