It's so helpful to keep everything centralized, organized, secure, and accessible 24/7. It allows a system to manage key parts of the coaching relationship which allows me to both provide higher quality of service AND scale my impact more effectively. Cons It can take some time to ramp up with all the features and nuances of the platform. I recommend starting small - actions and worksheets - and then adding more components as they become relevant (courses, metrics, etc). Cons It's a little complex getting started (but the tutorials are really good - I just feel like it could be overwhelming), and sometimes where things are located is not so intuitive. There are also a few features that are a little clunky (like not being able to manage a client's contact information in the same place as everything else for the client) but I like the rest of it so much that I have recommended to several people. I'm an expert at what I do (which is coaching) but I know that tech is not my strong suit. I asked for help from the CA team and they not only fixed my issue, it was done almost immediately. I was so impressed, I had to share! This is hugely important for me because it helps me feel supported and makes doing what I love easy and simple! Huge thanks to the CA team!
