Pros: Everything :) Ease of use

Cons: Some minor things, but they are in the pipeline

Overall: Helpman is great. We were using Groove's help desk before, but it was way outdated and not customizable at all. Switching to Helpman was no brainer. We can see detailed analytics, customize the layout & design, easily update screenshots in the Library of screenshots whenever our app's layout/features change. No need to go to every help article and update separately anymore! Such a time saver. The support is great, fast and when there are small issues, they always fix them so fast. Great work, Helpman!

Recommendations to other buyers: Ditch your current help desk and go to Helpman!

Comments: We'd gotten frustrated with bloated customer support software trying to be our knowledge base, ticketing system, marketing automation platform, live chat solution, and more. We wanted a simple to use, great knowledge base that was easy for our customers and our team. Helpman is exactly what we were looking for. The published knowledge base looks great, is fast, and is super easy for our customers and prospects to find what they need. And the content editing and authoring is super simple - we can go from "idea" to "published article" in just a few minutes.

¿¿ Thanks a lot, Aaron. We also think that it's better to use focused products. You can always do 80% of the work with products doing everything, but you miss the 20% that will provide the wow effect to your customers.

Pros: The flexibility, customization, and speed/ease of use

Overall: Helpman has been a fantastic choice for us at Punchpass. Very easy to use and create articles, very easy to manage the arrangement of articles, as well as make the CSS match our brand. The founder is VERY responsive to requests, so you are in good hands. I have nothing but good things to say - it's been very helpful to have a KB we can point our customers too and know it's going to work the way we expect it to.

Finally, I like how it's 'just' a KB. To many others try to be a chat client, a CRM, etc. Sticking to a product that focuses on just what we want has paid off.

Pros: Search functionality for users, statistics based on user searches.

Cons: Translation tool is a little difficult to use currently.

Overall: We have been using Helpman for a couple of months now, after switching from another service for our knowledge base. The platform is solid, the interface simple to understand and the support from Michael is fantastic. the Helpman team is constantly adding useful features to provide a lot of additional value to the knowledge base experience, and I am excited to see how Helpman will continue to evolve in the future.

Comments: It's perfectly designed for the pains and problems of a SaaS company like us. We just love how easy it is to add articles. The screenshot editor is also a must have feature for maintainability. Highly recommended!

Pros: Typo-tolerant search, user interface and customer support (they really make sure we are successful with our help center)

Overall: We use Helpman to provide support to our users. We noticed that thanks to the typo-tolerant research (super fast, by the way!), our users find answers to their questions faster.

The number of email requests and conversations has been significantly reduced since we put links to the knowledge base articles in the signature of all our emails.
