The system itself is incredibly user-friendly, with one-touch charting that makes documenting exams quick and efficient. The cloud based Eyefinity software has made managing our practice more efficient. Pros The cloud based product has decreased my IT costs and the software was easy for my staff to adopt. The product integrates with the EHR and all patient visits are coded and priced automatically. Cons The conversion of past billing records did not come over from my old software cleanly and required a bit of effort to clean up accounts receivable.
