The mobile accessibility was particularly valuable being able to log observations and update task statuses directly from my phone while moving between plant sections improved my response time considerably. Report generation that previously required manual data compilation now takes a fraction of the time. The learning curve for basic features is minimal, though advanced configuration takes some exploration. Overall the platform delivered measurable improvements to how I handle documentation and task management in a daily industrial engineering context. **Pros:** The ticket-based task system is the strongest feature I can log a site observation, attach a photo, add a note, and assign it to the right person instantly from my desktop. The Snap feature for organizing floor plans and the structured reporting saved me significant time during documentation rounds at India Glycols Limited. Getting started was straightforward and the interface did not require extensive training, which matters when you are already managing multiple engineering responsibilities simultaneously. **Cons:** Advanced features like custom report configuration feel restrictive on lower-tier plans. Some useful functionality requires upgrading, which adds unexpected cost consideration for someone using it for small-scale internal project tracking.
