We use it daily for email and SMS across segmented lists, triggered sends, and campaign reporting. The core functionality works. The UX and support don't match what you're paying at scale. Worth it, but there's room to improve on the operator experience side. **Pros:** Segmentation is genuinely powerful once you learn it. Having email and SMS in one platform makes targeting and list management way cleaner than splitting tools. Shopify integration is solid, flows trigger reliably, and the data is there if you know where to look. **Cons:** Reporting is clunky and the UI buries things that should be front and center. The built-in segmentation and integration with Shopify make it hard to compete with. **Cons:** Expensive! And it seems like it just keeps going up. They've continued to add features to try and justify the costs, but it gets harder to keep up as a small business. You need to be making significant revenue from email in order to outweigh the expense.
