My motto for the year was to simplify everything, and switching to Klaviyo helped me accomplish this and streamline (un-complicate) my email system. There are a couple others out there that have a few more features like CRM, tagging, click triggers within emails, etc, but that isn't always totally necessary. The deep integration Klaviyo has with Shopify is what ultimately made me switch and I'm glad I did. Their help desk is usually quick to respond, and always very helpful too. Pros Simple, deep integration with Shopify, quick and helpful support team, their blog is great, and support docs are very good as well. Cons Could use a couple more advanced features like tagging, click triggers in-email that trigger tags/segments, more robust CRM. Pros What I like about Klaviyo is that it is easy to use we can create any type of newsletter from a basic design to a more complex one thanks to its intuitive tools. In fact we can export the html code of our design and use it wherever we want. Cons I think there are other similar systems that have better functionalities I think that they still need to improve some features and their technical support is not so good. It takes some time to set everything up but love that I can set up certain flows and then forget about them! Email is gold when it comes to making sales, so having a reliable service that offers nice options is critical. I would definitely recommend. Pros I integrated Klaviyo with my Shopify store with such ease! I love having everything all in one place and being able to schedule emails weeks even months in advance. The analytics are great, too! I also love that they automatically place subscribers in sub categories like potential sales or engaged subscribers. It's helpful to see who is reading the emails that I send as well as what time of day they are reading them so I can further customize my marketing strategy. Cons The only I can think of is the cost - I'm currently in free option as I don't have a very large mailing list yet, but once I begin to grow, it can be fairly pricey. Review Source JF Jessi F. The wysiwyg editor and the source modifier work perfectly together - great stuff! Cons Not being able to link multiple shopify accounts with only one klaviyo account is a big minus - this might be a problem, as soon as we grow bigger and have to add new currencies. Klaviyo easily integrates with Shopify which allows you to measure ROI of email on your e-commerce business. Cons I fumbled around a bit setting up the original email templates and figuring out how to format the automatic trigger emails in Shopify through Klaviyo. You can create highly targeted and segmented campaigns and get great insight with the analytics. Cons The learning curve in setting things up properly can take a bit of time. The ability to create unique flows to your business can really help you target your newsletters to the right audience. Cons As of right now there are some limitations with bigcommerce which is tough since thats what we use it on.
