I do campaings every month and I always get sales. Klaviyo also shows you your statistics regularly and if the numbers are good or bad and what you can do to improve them. It takes me 30 minutes to get campaign ready, including the design in Canva. Pros Very easy and beginner friendly e-mail marketing tool. You can choose between different templates for any topic. I love the connection to Canva for an even easier campaign set up! The email and SMS features really stepped up our marketing strategy. Cons Initially, getting started on this system took me a minute. Cons There is a learning curve for advanced automation flows, making it take a little longer to set up complex drip campaigns for new product launches. If you're on a tight budget - there are more cost-effective alternatives. Pros Advanced and reliable email marketing app for ecommerce. My favorite is the automation builder, I think it's the most advanced and customizable out there. Cons It's VERY expensive, and some features (for example, dynamic discount code creation or deleting profiles) are way too time-consuming for what they are. Such basic functions take a fraction of the time in other similar apps, but are unnecessarily awkward and complex in Klaviyo. Review Source Elena D. Cons A lot of emails will be sent to customers spam box. And Klaviyo can't analyze this and optimize the workflow. I recommend it to everyone I work with and believe any brand of any size should be using it to engage their customer base. Pros Easy, intuitive tool that provides immense value out of the box. Can set up flows in minutes and send your first campaign quickly. Every DTC brand needs to be using it. Cons Sometimes their support queue can take a while to work through. Cons It was pretty complicated to manage the email domain switch. I was doing it myself since my collaborator is not allowed to manage the domain settings. Its powerful segmentation and automation tools allow me to create highly targeted and personalized email campaigns. This is perfect for some businesses, helping lead to increased engagement and sales. One things I wish they could do was improve the SMS capabilities to make a really robust platform that does specifically what some ecommerce clients need. Pros Klaviyo's best features include: 1) creating targeted campaigns and automating email workflows 2) detailed insights into email performance to be able to measure ROI 3) integrates with many ecommerce platforms and tools. Cons The biggest con is that advanced features can be complex to navigate. But also the cost, as pricing plans can be expensive, especially for small businesses or anyone with limited email marketing budgets. And an important one for certian users is that while Klaviyo offers SMS marketing, its much more limited compared to dedicated SMS platforms.
