When we changed our website from Magento to Shopify, we looked for the best CRM solution compatible with Shopify, and Klavyio proved to be the ideal tool. More and more start-ups are launching complementary services to Klaviyo, such as Wax (Whatsapp solution) and Loyoly (loyalty program), so we've managed to centralize all our tools around this solution. Pros After using several CRM solutions, Klaviyo proved to be the easiest to get to grips with. If you're on Shopify, it's the ideal solution, as it's perfectly suited to your needs. The real plus is the competence of the customer success managers. Cons Initially, Klaviyo was not translated into French, but this has since changed. Otherwise, very few weaknesses. Klaviyo support team can't be beat, their live chat support members are so so helpful. Overall, the testing, AI tools, ease of the platform, deliverability, and results are just top tier. Pros Klaviyo is THEE most robust ESP. The AI tools, deep personalization, and ease of the platform can't be replicated. Cons Cost and pricing structure are not my favorite. I think their pricing has, and continues to go up each year and is only cost-effective if you're a huge brand. Review Source BM Brian M. I have been the administrator which creates the list in Klavyo and so far everything has been smooth. Pros I like the different customizable lists you can make with this product. We use different lists to personalize our marketing efforts. Cons I have nothing to say I liked least about Klaviyo. Everything is easy to use and the import and export options are nice. It would be nice to be able to integrate Google Business with Klaviyo to keep employee lists automatically updated. I also like how helpful their customer support is every time I have problems with our account. Cons The pricing tier is a bit confusing regarding the number of active profiles and emails sent. I do campaings every month and I always get sales. Klaviyo also shows you your statistics regularly and if the numbers are good or bad and what you can do to improve them. It takes me 30 minutes to get campaign ready, including the design in Canva. Pros Very easy and beginner friendly e-mail marketing tool. You can choose between different templates for any topic. I love the connection to Canva for an even easier campaign set up! I would highly recommend anyone to use this. It is fantastic for marketing automation. Pros I really liked the functionality of this program. The email and SMS features really stepped up our marketing strategy. Cons Initially, getting started on this system took me a minute. Pros I like that it has so many features that are one or two clicks to implement, like the follow up email feature. Cons I don’t like how every contact is charged for..this has made our charges increase quickly over a short period of time. Cons Have been using for around 6 months and there isn't a feature that isnt beaten with other providers we have used for our marketing. Cons I think it can get so big in terms of flows that finding and managing changes (like broken links) can sometimes be a pain. If you're on a tight budget - there are more cost-effective alternatives. Pros Advanced and reliable email marketing app for ecommerce. My favorite is the automation builder, I think it's the most advanced and customizable out there. Cons It's VERY expensive, and some features (for example, dynamic discount code creation or deleting profiles) are way too time-consuming for what they are. Such basic functions take a fraction of the time in other similar apps, but are unnecessarily awkward and complex in Klaviyo. Review Source MV Mariana V. Pros It integrates with Shopify remarkably well, and creating workflows via Shopify is very easy. Cons Because pricing is by number of contacts, it can get pretty expensive.
