While a lot of the email services provide similar capabilites, we found that Klaviyo was a more robust and powerful platform for tailoring the needs to our company. Endless and easy possibilities for finding the right audience or segment of our list market to with easy integration into Facebook marketing audiences make Klaviyo a winner! Only minor drawbacks would be that I prefer to be able to speak to someone on the phone for support, although the email responses have been fairly prompt. Also, the cost is a little high, but you get what you pay for. Pros Flexibility, developers keep adding new or updated capabilities, great metrics, scalable. Pros We love the ease of use and comprehensive options for campaigns and work flows. It is easy to set up and then the analytics let us track the effectiveness of our campaigns and flows. It has a wide range of features that integrate without shopping cart (Shopify) seamlessly. We have been able to setup quite a few flows that have led to additional sales. The integration features alone make it worth the price tag. I have used quite a few other platforms in the past and none of them are as good as Klaviyo. Pros The seamless integration with Shopify. I never send emails anymore to my customers or prospects, Klaviyo does it for me. It's also super easy to customize your flaws and the customer service is outstanding. Cons It's incredibly expensive. I would recommend this tool to my colleagues Pros We have been using Klaviyo for all email marketing purposes. It helps to quickly create an email letter and saves a lot of time. User Interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Had a very good experience with the customer support. Cons Did not find much of a problem or con using this tool as of yet. Pros I appreciate how integrated Klaviyo is to Facebook and other platforms. I recently found that Klaviyo can segment emails that our company can use to upload to detailed targeting on Facebook/Instagram advertisements! E-mails are easy to build, workflows can be as simple or advanced as you like, and account management is very straight forward. The support team is very responsive, and any issue or speedbump we've ran across has been resolved quickly. We're quite happy with Klaviyo's functionality and are looking forward to some of the enhancement releases down the road to bring us more advanced layered segment creation abilities.
