Pros Klaviyo is easy to do with everything, the connectivity is effective and the data that ensures the sustainability of its flow covers all the details and allows customers to be targeted as required. I love the ease of creating digital campaigns, as there are plenty of templates suitable for everything. Klaviyo enables us to segment customer lists into multiple sub-lists, and this is important for the success of segmenting campaigns to ensure the achievement of their goals. Cons With Klaviyo, after the correct connection with the platforms, all subsequent steps are very easy, as targeting is done in real time, and the frequency of messages can be easily adjusted from the settings. I like their new AI feature that helps us write better subject lines. It’s a very good integration and this AI was able to capture the essence of our branding very well in a couple tryouts. Cons The only think I dislike is that their campaign analytics get updated only once a day. I wish we could see a live dashboard or heat map or something. Pros There was quite a few things: - Just the general ease of use - Analytics - SMS features - Segment & List optimization - Campaign editing and scheduling features There's more but that's just a few. Cons Honestly nothing I can think of. Our experience with Klaviyo has been a very positive one. Pros We like that we are able to send mass emails while still complying to CAN-SPAM guidelines. We also like that we can create workflow to target specific audience based on their behaviour. It seems that they're not focusing on ecommerce anymore and things have changed recently complicating integration. The SMS is limited. I would like there to be more customer support with setting up campaigns and flows. Pros It is widely used and integrates well with Shopify directly, as well as lead capture on Facebook. Cons The set up and management are hard. There isn't a mobile app!
