Pros: Navigation through the databases, ease of ingestion, quick and informed responses from customer support and project managers.

Cons: Cannot resize filter side box, hard to navigate through document families in non-reviewer mode, no options to include disco IDs on downloaded documents without batch printing.

Pros: The company's people actually know what they are talking about. They understand litigation, ESI, and document review. Do yourself a favor and arrange a demo with them. It will blow your mind.
