A huge improvement on our last old fashioned system. Could be improved and maybe with a suggestion email box where people can email in and suggestions could then be implemented would further improve the software.

Pros

Very in-depth software. Allows us to track stock levels, new purchase orders and current sales orders. The traceability is very good.

Cons

The feedback on when updates are being done and what updates have been done could be better. The ability to have two tabs open on two screens would make things easier. The layout on some screens could be improved. It would be nice if on open quotes or sales orders that some columns could be hidden so the sections i want to see is easier. Sometimes all i need to see is description and price without having to scroll side to side.

Overall, my experience with Statii is positive. It is a useful system that helps keep jobs, quotes, and orders organised in one place, making work easier to manage. It improves efficiency by allowing information to be accessed quickly and helps keep everything clear and structured.

Pros

What I think is good about Statii is that it keeps everything organised in one system, including quotes, orders, and job tracking. This makes it easier for businesses to stay on top of work, improve communication, and reduce mistakes caused by paperwork or scattered information.

Cons

What I like least about Statii is that it can take a while to get used to when you first start using it. The system has lots of different features, which can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning, especially for new users. In addition, some parts of the system can feel complicated or take extra steps to complete simple tasks. While it is very useful once you understand it, the learning process and user experience at the start could be improved to make it more straightforward and user-friendly.

Very impressed and cannot see us returning to the previous way of processing jobs through the company. To repeat a comment above, if we wonder 'can we do this?' in Statii, we find we usually can.

Pros

Statii is definitely a one-stop-shop for our sheet metal fabrication company. From an initial customer enquiry, through to delivery and then invoicing, it has streamlined our processes significantly. The training we received and any Customer Support contact for enquiries has been outstanding. Finding your way around Statii is easy to navigate and it is very intuitive. You get the feeling that it's been thoroughly thought through. If we wonder 'can we do this?' in Statii, you find you usually can.

Cons

When entering a new customer, the Postcode Lookup is frustrating! Soon learnt to free-type, or copy and paste.

My overall experience is very pleasant, it is easy to use and easy to get a hold of when new to the software.

Pros

The simplicity of the home screen - it is very easy find where you need to go. Customer support is good, very helpful when needed and can make updates when needed i.e. adding search functions to suit us. There are plenty of search functions that make it easy to find inventory items that need adjusting.

Cons

It seems when I am doing large quotes with more than 20 lines the program does slow down. Also, with large quotes, I can only see a handful of lines at once so scrolling through the quote can can quite confusing. It would be nice to be able to adjust the size of this window, similar to the specification box. I find the stock side of things hard to find what exactly is in stock.

Thanks Lennon for your feedback. When we look at larger quotes from time to time, we find the slowdown is happening locally, so the spec of the PC is more relevant than Statii. When wanting to expand the number of lines there is a button top left of the lines (arrow up/down), pressing this and then view more allows the user to see ore than 20+ lines on a single screen. This is on every screen so it would also cover the Inventory screen. Contact the office if you need any further info on this.

a good solid mrp software with a good level of control. and if you can't figure it out a quick telephone help call is always accessible.

Pros

Tracability of purchase orders, Items, Sales orders and much more. A secure place to house all our business data related to orders.

Cons

Not compatible with newest version of Microsoft Outlook. wich i feel is a must with all the Microsoft updates occurring.

There will always be workarounds with an 'out the box' package but we feel Statii offers that flexibilty that is needed for 'real' businesses and not just in a test environment. Again templates are standard with an option to shuffle the layouts around by us if a client really can't live with our designs but generally all the important information is displayed.

I really enjoy it, its simple and quick. The automated creation of PDFs also makes it an efficient tool for communicating with customers.

Pros

The ease of connecting sales orders to quotes and POs and the ability to track the history of orders

Cons

The way certain things cannot be amended even in admin status. Wish there was a way to override certain things in admin

Great review thank you Analisa. We would be interested to hear more about your point on things that can't be ammneded. A lot of these type of things are done for a reason, for example, tampering with fields may solve my issue today but create other problems further down the line. If you have specifics contact our support team so we may look at this with you.

Has transformed our business taking us on our first MRP system. Business is UK based and always friendly and helpful when you call them.

Pros

I like the way in integrates all departments from Quoting all the way to dispatch notes and invoicing. Logging hours in job and all inventory parts.

Cons

Would like better scheduling and be able to review quickly data i.e peoples performance, fats moving products instead of downloading to excel and making your own. Would have liked better instructions at start.

Overall experience is very positive, with statii now being our main software of use here over all others. We would benefit form a method of being able to see a visual of items we wish to dispatch each day, as we have to run an excel document alongside statii for this reason

Pros

Its ability to create parts with all components in the background of the works. Previously this was a very manual process using Excel for each product and manually finding prices for each component needed.

Cons

Getting used to using it! - Initially it was quite an uphill battle to get our heads around the system. More training initially may have helped but this may have been offered to other members without my knowledge

Thanks for the feedback Alex. Are you aware of the API we now have available for extracting data automatically, which can pull whatever data you want to see automatically, such as what items need dispatching today for example. it also means you can see information more graphically through visuals.
