My overall experience with Statii has been very positive. It has completely replaces our old simple and the business runs more smoothly as everything is in one place. While setting the system up is time consuming ,the system offers fantastic value for money and the customer support is excellent. It is a great, straightforward tool for any small manufacturing business.

Pros

Statii is very easy to use, the system is simple and clear ,so I was taught how to use it very quickly with full understanding. Statii is also great value for money as it gives us all the tools we need to run the business smoothly at a fair price. Its also great at order tracking, as you can see exactly what stage an order is at. Lastly it saves us time as its links everything together from the first quote, and having all the information in one place is really efficient.

Cons

Takes time to set up in the beginning as it requires time to type in all our information. Another con is that creating a job through Statii requires clicking through a lot of separate screens, which can feel a bit repetitive.

overall my experience is a positive, i use it everyday and it helps me plan my days. also like the fact that if we have any questions or queries we contact help team at any time.

Pros

i like that its easy to navigate and all its different filters when searching for something. Again making reports so you can set exactly what your looking is a great feature.

Cons

i think when purchasing and you have a high stock turn around its hard to know what items you will have in stock at a future date, to know how much to order.

Pros

Processing of sales and purchase orders are clear and easy to use. The ability to see what the material usage is for upcoming orders.

Cons

The lack of ability to link purchase orders to sales orders without all material being allocated to the original sales order. When looking at an inventory item, the 'usage' button does not have the dates of the material usage. Having dates would make it easier to see long term usage of material.

Statii is great and user friendly. Its allows all different departments to have transparency throughout. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.

Pros

Statii is very easy to use, and gives transparency from the enquiry to the invoice which makes all processes easy.

Cons

There is not much that i do not like about Statii. the only thing i like least is sometimes you can get a lot off error messages which will stop you using the system and can impact your day.

Our overall experience has been excellent. Statii has streamlined our processes, improved efficiency, and given us much better control over our projects and operations.

Pros

Excellent system that has revolutionised how we operate internally. Easy to use and provides great visibility across all departments.

Cons

One area for improvement would be the addition of a dedicated HR module with restricted user access. This would allow holidays, return-to-work documentation, training records, and other confidential employee information to be managed securely within the system.

Despite some challenges with scheduling, Statii has delivered significant improvements across our operational and commercial processes. The system has helped streamline workflows, improve cost visibility and reduce administration throughout the business. Overall, it has proven to be a valuable and cost-effective solution for a growing fabrication and engineering company.

Pros

Statii has significantly improved the way we manage projects from quotation through to final invoice. The estimating and costing functions allow us to build accurate quotes quickly, incorporating labour, materials and subcontract costs while giving clear visibility on margins before work begins. Once orders are secured, the system seamlessly converts quotations into sales orders, purchase orders and work orders, reducing administration and improving traceability throughout the business. The live job costing and invoicing functionality has also been a major benefit, allowing us to track actual costs against estimates and generate invoices directly from completed works and delivery notes. Overall, Statii has provided a cost-effective and user-friendly system that improves visibility, streamlines processes and supports better commercial control across our fabrication and engineering projects.

Cons

Overall, Statii has been a very positive system particularly around estimating, costing, purchasing and invoicing. The main area we have found challenging is the scheduling functionality, as our fabrication and project-based workload requires a high level of flexibility and live planning. At present, this is the only part of the system we have not fully managed to utilise in line with the way we need to schedule labour, shop floor capacity and changing project priorities.

Very good overall. I would like to give a particular mention to Statii customer support, which has been excellent, and very responsive. \[sensitive content hidden\] has got back to me quickly and resolved all issues within 24 hours, by email or video calls. There hasn't been a limit on the amount of support provided. Statii has implemented changes at our request too, eg to the currency field. Overall, their communication has been excellent.

Pros

It's user-friendly, and quick to learn. We love that we can have multiple tabs open at the same time, to flick between different records (we couldn't do this on our old system). It's extremely useful that any changes, eg adding to a drop-down list of options, are immediately available without needing to re-boot/close and re-open. The connection with Xero was easy to set up and appears to be working well. We implemented the system in only 5 weeks, to go live on 1 April and the transition has been smooth. I'm happy to provide an updated review in 6 months/a year, if that would be helpful.

Cons

The lack of a free-text search option. Some glitches when typing and highlighting text in the free text boxes. The inability to copy a sales or purchase order number for pasting elsewhere, eg in an email or spreadsheet.

Fairly user friendly- has not taken me too long to get used to the system as a new user, really good for keeping track of what orders have gone out and what needs to be done

Pros

Good customer support and communication- always able to contact someone and receive help with an issue quickly.

Cons

No search function- would be better if you could search for items in inventory rather than having to rely on filtering or scrolling through lots of products

In a word poor it is frustrating the layout looks like something from the nineties and the constant pop ups are a nightmare

Pros

Nothing compared to the first version our company had for what i use it for there are no redeeming features

Cons

The constant pop ups and the lack of a highlighted toggle feature as there was on the previous version
