The invitees were very pleased with the audio and video qualities. Cons Some broadcasts had problems with the platform code. But, in order to help us, the company offered extra support and helped us :) Also, we already had some videos recorded in other softwarea, so we had some difficulties combining the extensions. A proposta é boa, realmente adoro o fato de ter landing page + inscrição + transmissão num só lugar e identificação do que os clientes assistiram. No entanto, temos problema na inscrição tanto para criar formulários quanto relativos ao acesso do usuário e uma transmissã limitada. Eu esperava mais, também esperava mais agilidade. Eu acho que tem potencial, no entanto, não o recomendaria agora para ninguém. Pros O que eu mais gostei na Eventials é o fato de ter o fato de poder inscrever e transmitir na mesma plataforma e com a possibilidade de criar a página do webinar/evento. Além disso o fato de ser gravado, de permitir transmitir um evento gravado como se fosse ao vivo. As interações no chat, customização, integração com plataformas de mercado. O processo de implementação também é bastante fácil, em pouco mais de 1h você já consegue utilizar. Cons Eu não gostei de não ter a possibilidade de criarmos os formulários e toda vida termos que pedir para vincular um formulário ao respectivo evento. Não gostei dos campos dos formulários não serem adequados ao tipo de informação que deve conter nele, exemplo: data, cep e etc. Não gosto também dos relatórios, são confusos, não trazem todas as informações por webinar, não tem participação por evento, sem contar que ele não entende os dados de participação x inscrição, aí temos que baixar duas tabelas e fazer cruzamento para ter tudo num só lugar. Eu fiquei altamente frustrado com a tecnologia existente para lembrar o cliente do evento. Tem todo um protocolo de cookies e afins que se não for feito na mesma máquina o cliente tem que se inscrever de novo, é algo que não funciona e me faz querer desistir todos os dias. PAra isso tivemos que fazer uma operação manual e que só nos dá tranalho para evitar trabalho para o cliente. O Suporte Técnico no início nos deixava totalmente alheios ao modo como nossas solicitações estavam sendo tratadas, também precisa melhorar bastante. O fato de não poder ter mais de um apresentador é altamente frustrante e é o segundo ponto que me faz querer desistir todos os dias também, pois temos muitos convidados, mesmo que uma palestra com um convidado, alguém da empresa sempre deseja fazer a aabertura. Aí não tem como personalizar background, convidar mais gente.Por conta disso estamos com outra empresa para transmitir para a eventials.
