Pros I really liked their follow up even months down the road on issues such as if a driver is no longer with us how do I take them off and put in their replacement. Cons That I didn’t get started sooner, I had heard from a friend that there was a company that would do the things I wanted but I didn’t follow up until months later. The AXXON team is just an email, phone call or WhatsApp message away! Swift responses, they think with you to find solutions to specific situation. The tracking system is helping us find weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in the transportation of students, is increasing the safety of both drivers and students and helps with accountability and transparency of billing. The dashboards for the GPS and camera systems are userfriendky and very intuitive. Reports for drivers, buses, routes, times, alerts and much more are generated in several document types with just a click of the button. Great!! Cons We are located in Sint Maarten and AXXON is in Curaçao, somtimes it would be handy to have them closer.
