Pros Robust product functionality, product was easy to use and when I had a question the customer support received was excellent. Cons I can’t say there was anything that I didn’t like. Overall the experience was positive and the customer support was really excellent. If I had any questions that needed answering or needed customer support Axxon was there for me. Switched from [Zello](https://www.capterra.com/p/198898/Zello/) The other company’s GPS tracking was not ideal for my business. There was not the ability to see past routes and also more robust reporting which I needed as a transportation company. Zello tracking is very basic and we needed more functionality. The tracking system is helping us find weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in the transportation of students, is increasing the safety of both drivers and students and helps with accountability and transparency of billing. The dashboards for the GPS and camera systems are userfriendky and very intuitive. Reports for drivers, buses, routes, times, alerts and much more are generated in several document types with just a click of the button. Great!! It is well priced, with a knowledgeable team that ensures their customer's experience is and remains at a high standard. Pros I really liked their follow up even months down the road on issues such as if a driver is no longer with us how do I take them off and put in their replacement. This tool helps to monitor and calculate there whereabouts team members also can position themselves to be picked up on-time Pros Employee Tracking - employees can get a real-time location to better position themselves for pick up and drop off.Real-Time Monitoring - in the event of accidents or emergencies GPS location. Cons I have no complaints great tool to have. This allows us to easily improve and even further strengthen our quality. Pros With this fleet management system of Axxon can we as organization trace the various company cars. In addition, it offers the opportunity to reduce costs through powerful management of your fleet. Cons We cannot currently use full route planning with Axxon.
