The use of the platform for all our SABS standards is also a big plus for us. Pros The regular updates of the different acts and regulations reminders send via email. The availability of our account manager for any queries, and the prompt response thereof, always. I am an administrator for our system; the registration and activation of user is very helpful. Cons The de-activation of user not actively using the system, if it can be looked at to lengthen the time period for the de-activating of the user.
