Pros: The implementation of the software was easy and the MSCTime staff were very helpful in identifying our needs and customizing the software setup. Once we were set up, getting our staff going and using the software was easy. All through this time the MSCTime staff were checking in with us and tweaking any issues or customization. Couldn't have felt better implementing this just from the customer service support side. Since implementing the software we have been able to manage our time on sites and is already saving us time and making more money.

Overall: Easier staff time management. Easier to handle our billing and cash flow for jobs.

Pros: U can do your time on the go from anywhere

Cons: Don't have any complaints about the software to make it easy for you to do your time

Overall: They make it easy to install your work hours . They give you charts on all the different installation needs that you do every day and you get to look back at all your monthly jobs .

Comments: Msc time is very convenient and user-friendly. It makes keeping track of tasks and time keeping fast and effective.I plan on using those program for a very long time. Couldn't be more satisfied!

Comments: Use it for work.Tracking hours and for tracking payroll. It was easy to use on a mobile device but could have used some improvements on the interface. Inputting hours could be improved on.

Comments: We have used the program for a number of years now. It has done away with enormous amounts of paper and reduced time in many ways. It continues to be a very useful tool for both internal purposes (payroll, invoicing, budgeting, report to superintendents and management, etc) as well a client communication (e.g labor reports in detail or summary) and exporting to Excel is a huge benefit. The program is excellent value for the cost. Tech support has always been prompt to the initial inquiry and resolution of the issue, though these have been far and few between. I highly recommend this to all, no matter the size of the company. It is definitely a time and money saver.

Overall: I love using this program. It works on the fly, super easy to teach anyone you work with. Handy to have to keep accurate times of projects. Great job!

Comments: Easy to use platform, and doesn't leave many opportunities for workplace users to misuse. Also easy to explain how to use, which is huge. The software allows users to complete their inputs or edits in a timely matter that doesn't feel as time-consuming as many other time tracking platforms.

Pros: The mobile version is extremely simple to use as long as you stay logged in. If not you have to refind the original email which is time-consuming.

Cons: If you don't follow every step on the web-based version you have to reenter all information aka if you don't press save on the third step.

Overall: Software seems to work better than other timesheets but improvements can be made by making it simpler by having fewer options on the web based login. Mobile version is very simple and recommended

Cons: There were a few efficiency things that frustrated me when using it. Editing was one

Overall: We used this before the major overhaul and it was really difficult and cumbersome. The overhaul made it much more functional but there was still some things that made it frustrating. It's been quite awhile since I've used it and can't remember the specifics (I wish I could provide them so they could use the feedback). I do know the biggest reason for us dropping the app was at the admin level - the lack of reporting flexibility.

Recommendations to other buyers: Not from my specific use but...out admin guy had a lot of frustration trying to do reporting from the data collected and finally gave up on using it.

Comments: I must say I that using MSC Time has saved me countles hours of work. It is really easy for my employees to use and if they make a mistake it is easy for me to see and fix. Love this service!

Overall: I've been using MSCTIME for the past 4 years and have been pleased with all aspects of the program exempt that it will not operate on Android devices. After contact the company numerous times the issue has still not been adressed.

Recommendations to other buyers: Other then that I'm very pleased with it.

Hi Gavin, Outlook PM has yet to migrate to the latest release of MSC Time which has rectified any issues with mobile devices. Due to the customizations that were done specifically for Outlook PM these modifications are taking a bit more time to implement into the latest release for them. We are working to add the customized modules into the new system so that when migrating up, will not lose any functionality. Your company should be able to migrate over this month. Thank you for the feedback and once you have tried the newest release, we would value that feedback again.

Pros: Easy to set up. Easy for employees to use and on any device.

Overall: MSCTime has already been saving us money that we were previously wasting on hours spent manually chasing and entering employee hours. It is now way easier for our managers to verify their teams hours and for those teams to get thir hours to our office. It's instant! No driving around or dealing with calls just to put payroll together. We get our hours reports far easier, faster, and with less chasing after than ever before. And of course we're now able to put those saved office work hours to much better use. I looked at every piece of time keeping software and even considered getting one custom written before I finally found MSCTime. I highly recommend this system.
