The scheduling is imperative to the operation of the systems, generating bills automatically in bulk. More functionality was included on upgrades with the improved presentation of data. They demonstrated an excellent business understanding of our requirements, and developed and installed the applications efficiently and to programme. Major updates and developments since then have all worked well and they have kept up with our requirements and changes in legislation. The support provided has always been very good and professional, and a strong working partnership has been formed. After a successful upgrade in Q2/16 we now deploy the mobile apps and on-line systems. It is a perfect-fit for service-based industries like ourselves who need a system to be flexible, user-friendly but comprehensive enough to cope with the different rates and types of bills we produce.
