Pros: I like the integration with other frontline programs as well as the ease of use to create my own custom forms.

Cons: As a consortium user, I do not have as much functionality as I would prefer, our county manages the global settings.

We are so happy with the Frontline products. They've streamlined our absence and time process.

Pros: Whenever I think about Frontline the first thing that comes to mind is their customer service. They have the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced. They are easy to reach through the live chat and they are so quick to answer a question or help with an issue. Any down time is minimal, literally minutes, from a question or issue. Whether you're at work or at a Frontline conference the staff always goes the extra mile to make your job easier.

Overall: Our absence and time functions are now in one place and housed on-line which makes it easier to access for many of our users. We also use AppliTrack which has means no more paper applications. We are able to setup interviews quicker through the email function instead of making calls and leaving messages.

Pros: scheduling, notes so we can alert colleagues to greatness or stay away from
sending letters and forms is easy
the phone reference check form is cumbersome but this could be district forms...

Cons: unable to toggle between folders and interviews
unable to toggle between multiple job openings
would be nice to sort who is applying for multiple positions to identify those with only one position in mind

Have been happy since Day 1 with the Applitrack system.

Pros: Integration with other systems and customization of other forms to route. Management of users for what they are visible to see in terms of applicants.

Cons: While I enjoy the application, I feel that some of the custom forms could have a better UI in terms of exporting and sharing.

We have really noticed an increase in qualified applicants since using Applitrack

Pros: It is quite simple to use once I got used to it. I love that I can post a position in several areas at one time--i.e. EdPost, Facebook, Twitter, and our own school website--all with the click of a button. I can save postings and reuse the wording for future openings, just by changing a few words or dates. It has simplified the process and has made my job much easier. We have also gotten more qualified candidates out of it because it is seen by more people. The cost is way cheaper than advertising in the local newspapers and we have more visibility.

Cons: It sometimes is hard to find a posting that I did recently, and older ones are right there. When I do a search for a current posting, sometimes the last one I did is not even visible without actually typing in the job number. I've played around with it some, but I wish there were an easier help area to click or a chat person that I could utilize without having to call the Frontline people. For the most part, and for everyday purposes, I find it pretty easy to maneuver. But if there's something unusual that I need or if I need to make an adjustment to something, it can be a bit cumbersome to figure out on my own.

Overall: It saves me time!!! It helps to get our postings out in the public and attract more qualified candidates who may not read our local newspapers. We have had much success in filling our openings because of Applitrack.

I use this system as an administrator.

Pros: This software is easy to use and employees are able to implement with minimal assistance from the Business Office.

Cons: I wish you were able to back multiple years easily. We sometimes find it difficult to go back more than the previous year.

This program is no longer easy to sign in and use. The LiveChat is horrible. Too long wait.

Pros: It assists us with post jobs and helping us to sort the applicants which makes the selection for interviews easier to set up.

Cons: The transition and sign on feature of the Frontline products from one to the other and that the passwords can't all be the same without upgrading.

Overall: Once you get the transition going smoothly I am more likely to recommend the program. Right now, I will give a recommendation but with a warning.

Pros: Robust capabilities, one-click connections to posting openings, internal work flow, users are easily trained.

Cons: Can't wait to have time to utilize all the amazing features of the application. Would love to have a week long, out of the office, training camp to learn all the ins and outs of the application.

Overall: Streamlined the job posting process and sharing of applications with principals and directors. Online application process is more efficient than former paper-based process; applications are uniform for pre-interview review/comparison.

This has been a great experience and worth the money to use

Pros: I like the sorting features. I like that we can route applications directly to the department they are intended for.

Cons: I wish when you searched for someone's name, their name would populate even when inactivated. I work with a consortium and when applicants are inactivated after being hired, they no longer show up on a search.

Overall: I like we can track our applicants and have all of their information at our fingertips.

Great tool. Still trying to utilize the functionality to the fullest extent.

Pros: Ease of use for the applicants. Applicants can submit information such as resumes and applications once for multiple positions.

Cons: Because of ease of use for applicants, many submit generic rather than specific information. For example, some letters of interest are written, "To Whom It May Concern" while others are even written to other organizations. If there were a way to allow applicants to upload generic info such as a resume & application but still require them to submit personalized info for each position they apply for it would be an ideal balance of user friendliness with value to the potential employer.

Overall: It has allowed us to get information from many more applicants than our previous software allowed us to.

Pros: I like being able to use the software to set up interviews and share candidate documents with my colleagues.

Cons: In order to use the telephone features you need to purchase credits. Also, since the new dashboard was added, it is difficult to find jobs that are not recent.

Overall: Keeping track of interview candidates and schedules.
