Pros EasyMeeting is the very nice software it makes communication effective since it brings security and privacy to communication within or between organizations. I like it's ability to provide an instant communication with people from different countries whether through the audio or video calls. On the set up itself is easy to install and manage and can be used in different gadget and its live chat feature is just amazing. Cons I do not have any dislike on this software since it gives us what we need. We are using this product for almost 2 years now and everyone in our working team likes it including our customers. I dial a 6 digit number on my codec to enter a meeting. Or I can click on a Skype for Business address or a URL on my laptop. It works on just about any appliance . Cons I would like to see more document types be allowed for upload for desktop sharing. Currently it is only PDF. You can share your desktop. I think I have found that with Easymeeting. Pros It was especially easy to install and within 2 mins i was connected on my first meeting :) The quality of the call was particulary good with very clear sound and picture quality. I also liked I can connect with my Microsoft Outlook so i can schedule meetings. Cons I havnt found anything i dislike yet.
