Learned lesson from the experience is kicking off the project with a small finite scope. Once that first project is done then grow the scope. Cosmos was patience, kind and helpful every step of the process.

Pros

IMP has a lot capabilities with a magento backend. Cosmos works with the client to determine the needs and then the custom build of the product. Rep and team was extremely patient as we went through many iterations of end product and was there every step of the way.

Cons

The strength of IMP is also it's weakness. With so many capabilities possible it was hard to limit our scope to a more reasonable project. Hindsight is 20-20. The timeline for the project kept extending, mostly due to our team's iteration of the goal of product. Our end product was very different from where the conversation started.

Pros

Flexible field configuration. Very easy from an ops perspective to configure exactly what you need.

Cons

the email builder still doesn't support the future of email - so if you can imagine all of the features that make marketing automation. Maybe because it's free trial mode

Cosmos has been really responsive whenever I have an issue or question. I would like to have the ability to customize the templates a little bit more and make the email blasts more interactive.

From the development of this portal from the last 2 years till now, our team have seen the growth and impact that it has made to our marketing initiatives. Having a system that is build from scratch and customized to our needs where it links directly with our database system which essentially eliminates the extra steps in processing our campaigns which leads to time saving which is critical to our business. More notably, now with the additional feature of having access to create our own templates are also a huge plus especially if teams are promoting in specific ways whether on informational basis or marketing a listing in general.

Can I just say that the IMP has made everything so much more convenient! Seriously folks, it has saved me so much time and I'm able to do my work much more efficiently. I highly recommend this service, not only because of the portal itself but I like the support that's offered with the platform. The support team is always there with me every step of the way.
