Cons The software control is not intuitive and there are too many steps to make it work. But once it is set up, it works perfectly. Great videos on the website show you how to do the basics (and even some advanced stuff) Cons Not having anything to do with the pricing I can't comment there, but one screen I look after has an ongoing issue that it fails to connect to our wireless network despite screens all around it connecting fine (all screens are the same manufacturer - but the big touchscreen may have an issue with the software) - again customer service have done a great job monitoring this but we don't have a solution as yet.
