Donorbox could consider Electronic Funds Transfer(EFT) for expanded international operations. Pros Engagement, communication and support for partners and donors.Fundraising and campaign ability. Support team works and respond quickly and effectively. Cons Inability to coordinate activities of partners and processors of payment such as Stripe and PayPal Confusion in differentiating between donations and sales/purchases all lumped together. PayPal is more guilty in this confusion when it forcefully seized EARN 's donations claiming we purchased goods whereas we sre nonprofit Organization which doesn't engage in buy and sale. I know which donors are giving to which campaigns. With Donorbox, not only do I receive the donations but I also have the information I need about my donors. Pros It is so easy to create a donation landing page. My organization is international and being able to accept donations in so many currencies including Kenyan Shillings is extremely important to me. Each of my fundraising campaigns has its own page with its own link. One of the most recent things I did is to create a membership campaign. My experience has been great from both perspectives. I love the simplicity of the user face of the platform. I also enjoy the record keeping and how the product has grown over the years. We've been using donor box since 2020 and to see how responsive the developers are to the needs of non-profit organizations, but also keeping in mind the donor needs and wants has been great. We have nothing but positive feedback from our donors about their experience on donor box and we will continue to use it. From a security standpoint we have not had any issues and that matters when you're talking about fiscal management. I appreciate that we're able to communicate with donors using the platform and the ability to use webinars to learn how to retain and recruit donors has been great. Without it, we wouldn't have been able to set up engaging, visually pleasing and easy to use forms to collect and encourage donations. The options of one time, monthly, etc. donations paired with the ability to choose amount or have set donation amounts is really useful. The reports are clear and useful as well. We love Donorbox! Pros Before choosing Donorbox I tested 4 other options. Donorbox was an easy/obvious choice for many reasons. It is very intuitive. Running a small non-profit comes with many many responsibilities and I prefer not to spend time trying to figure out a platform. The website forms are super awesome and customer support was fast, helpful and accessible. Being able to quickly track my donations is very important to me, and Donorbox is affordable for our organization. It is very user friendly and I will recommended. Pros It is a very secure software. It is not expensive and they have a lovely and friendly customer service. The system is very easy to use, accurate and easy to complete website forms. We have a really good emailing system that warns when a payment is made and a great donation tracking report. We do not use it for event management, volunteers and staff so we cannot give a feedback for these sections. Cons I did not have any bad experience with Donor box, it promptly send us an email to let us know if a payment failed so we can contact the customer. It would be good if the software itself could reminder the client that the transaction failed too so that avoid us to contact the client ourselves. Pros i have been using DonorBox since 2020 and it has been really awesome for my donation tracking as a small business. i am able to upload the form on to my website, and it feels super easy. it is so helpful for retention of donations, and i feel like that alone gives me great value for the service. DonorBox is an integrat part of my business because it allows me to fund my therapy fund so much more simply than if i were to have to continue to get one-time donations Cons There isn't much that i dont like about DonorBox, I refer so many folks to this platform if they are thinking of fundraising.
