Cons Donorbox can cost money. We had a scammer who made a SEPA-donation of 10.000 euro and did a chargeback. We lost 1,5%. However, I believe it will encourage donations as it creates a simple and beautiful interface right to our webpage. It is much more flexible than using PayPal alone, and probably interfaces better with other payment vendors. Pros Ease of use, flexibility, seamless integration to our website. Cons Ran into one snag today where I added a feature twice and couldn't figure out how to delete the duplication. I now receive monthly emails about my donation, and when I signed in to see the options to manage my account, it could not be easier to do! Awesome platform all around, and everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting on the team have been very kind. Cons As a user of the platform, I do not have any cons with my Donorbox experience. After a few months, I noticed the difference when I reviewed my donations for my quarterly reports, and noticed an increase of 20% in recurring donations. Definitely recommended!
