The ability to download data into excel spread sheet is a big help to this job. Cons I helped a friend set up donor box which was a lengthy process. I am sure it didn't help that I was on my computer setting this up for her as she isn't very computer savvy and the process to verify her organization was done from her computer. Pros I like that I am able to pull the data into a widget on my Squarespace account. It makes it easier to track. I like that the cost is low and it is easy to use for donors. I like that people can set up monthly recurring donations. Cons The only issue I've encountered is the widget on my website not reflecting the correct total listed in my DonorBox account. I ended up updating the widget to not show the total, which works fine for what I need.
