Easy to use and navigate with plenty of data to go through, account managers make it easy to simplify data and plan.

Pros

We have been using Lead Forensics for 5 months and have been able to discover new information about our customers, this has led to further outreach to attract customers further up the marketing funnel to make decisions quicker. We have already converted customers we previously would have missed. Their monthly meetings with us help to further develop and get the most out of Lead Forensics with our Account Manager \[sensitive content hidden\] understanding our requirements.

Cons

It is not the cheapest but for our company, a few conversions each year will pay the yearly subscription.

Our experience has been very positive. We have won a lot of new business using the service as the visitors are already warm leads.

Pros

The dashboard can be customised to work for us. Also, the team are very quick to respond to any of our questions, so we feel very well looked after.

Cons

We often joke that people should have an IP address. This is of course not the case and nothing to do with Lead forensics.

### "Long term customer - awful customer service"

We've been a long term customer of Lead Forensics, price hikes each year without improving the software has made it difficult to justify this software over alternative channels which have consistently provided better ROI. The reason for the 1 star, is partially the above, but primarily the awful customer service approach when it came to cancelling the contract. We were 1 day past the 30day auto renewal date, and they have forced us to pay in full for a service we won't be using. Very short sighted business approach, when there are so many alternatives out there. I would highly recommend considering alternatives.

No data on the specific individual visiting.

Even with the occasional wrong company match or missing contact name, the behavioural insights and PPC tracking alone make it a totally solid tool for our team.

What I love most is how it completely unmasks our website traffic. We use it to see exactly which companies are visiting our site and gauge their intent based on the specific pages and links they click. It's an absolute lifesaver for tracking how they found us. Whether it was organic, a referral link, or a PPC campaign, right down to the exact search phrase they typed in. It makes analysing user behaviour clearer and shows us exactly which of our marketing campaigns are actually pulling their weight.

Cons

It's not totally flawless. Sometimes it gets its wires crossed and displays the wrong company name. Also, while knowing the company, you still can't tell exactly who within that organization was browsing, but thanks to intent, our BD gets to the right person quickly

We've never had visitor tracking software before, and having Lead Forensics helps identify opportunities that we would never have known prior. The biggest problem we face is the internal buy in from members of the sales team, but this is no fault of the team at Lead Forensics.

Lead Forensics is a highly useful tool that helps us identify companies visiting our website. Its user friendly setup allows us to analyse the behaviour of specific businesses and understand which products they are most interested in. This is particularly valuable for us, as we work with a vast range of products. Being able to pinpoint customer interest gives our sales team more targeted insights, while also helping marketing efforts in promoting the most relevant products to our existing customer base.

Cons

A issue with the lead forensics software would be not finding out the specific person within a company who visited the website. We understand that due to regulations that this is not possible in our country, but having this exact information would amplify this software a lot for our business.

It has been excellent for our pipeline and definitely worth what we pay for it. The dashboard is easy to navigate, we have not run into any glitchy technical issues, and having a reliable, communicative support team makes the whole platform a lot easier to manage.

Pros

The data is genuinely accurate, and it connects directly to HubSpot so we don't have to waste time manually moving things over. It is easily one of our biggest lead sources now. Also, the team there is great, they are actually friendly and check in with us all the time, which you don't usually get with software companies.

Cons

Just the standard IP tracking issue where you sometimes get random telecom or ISP traffic showing up instead of a real company. It can be a bit tedious to filter through, but that is just how the technology works rather than a fault of the platform itself.

It’s been really useful for monitoring who has viewed quotes, tracking engagement when we’re directing people to our website, and identifying potential opportunities that we may otherwise have missed. The only small critique would be that, at times, there can be a lot of data to work through, so filtering and prioritising the most relevant leads can take a bit of time initially. However, once you get familiar with the platform and refine your targeting, it becomes much easier to manage and we are working through these with our account managers to iron out the details to get the best out of the data we input and are given

The team were very helpful from the start. It was nice dealing with a team who communicated well and made us feel valued. Implementation was easy and post 'go live' support has been great. Frequent monthly success reviews and looking for ways to enhance our experience/ success using LF etc

Easy to use and understand, VERY insightful and interesting, shining lights on data that would have otherwise been missed.

Cons

We use it slightly differently to how most people would. I think for how most people would use it, it ticks the boxes. For how we use it, we need an extra layer of manual exports/imports, not a big issue though

Cons

There are a few hiccups we are working through. Some contacts we are given on the credits have said the details were their personal details, not business which made them concerned. this is being investigated by Lead Forensics.

The support team are really good at answering queries and ensuring that our sales team maintains engagement with the data. They don't sit on their laurels after selling the system, they keep offering suggestions.

Pros

It allows for myself and other members of the organisation to curate leads that are purposeful and targeted. It has allowed us to understand the market better alongside curating better leads for the business.

Cons

Some of the contacts do have a tendency to bounce back or show no contacts at all. I have found a really good business but the lead immediately dies due to email bounce backs or no contacts available at all. I have also had feedback from an international sales rep requesting to see if there were just databases for any companies and using it to scrape completely cold data from other companies.

They’ve gone above and beyond to help us make the most of the web-based platform. One of the standout features is the powerful IP-to-company database, which functions flawlessly and provides valuable insights into our website traffic. The support team also assisted us in setting up our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), allowing us to categorize leads efficiently and gain a clear overview of our website visitors. Lead Forensics offers a broad range of useful tools and reports, such as the sales funnel, which supports our sales and marketing efforts. The setup process was straightforward and completed within a few days—the only delay was on our end, as we needed to coordinate with our webmaster to implement the tracking code across all web pages. Using Lead Forensics has brought several benefits. Most notably, it enables us to identify which companies are visiting our website. To our surprise, a significant number of visitors are exploring our career page, which provides unexpected but valuable insights. The ability to host its own CRM system within Lead Forensics, which entail provide accurate reporting and data. The cost is minimal for the information we receive, and each conversion drives the cost lower for value for money. The set up and sales of Lead forensics was vital. This wasn't a hard sell but what it can do for your company, great account management with monthly meetings and useful tools to how we can get the most out of lead forensics, without selling add-ons, its great customer service to keep you as a retained customer.

Cons

Would like maybe the webinars which are generally booked to be able to be a video resource. This would help if unable to access a course for some time or to view at your own leisure.

No major issues. It would be great if Lead Forensics could provide website data on the total number of users who have visited even if the visitor is not using a fixed IP address. This would add value to their offering.

It has given us valuable insights into the types of businesses that are interested in our business and services. We currently dominate one industry sector and Lead Forensics has given us the knowledge and insights into how many additional industries are looking at our products. Additionally we have been able to create some marketing contact lists for businesses/industries we don't currently work with for our E-Commerce team to utilise.

Cons

At first we did not think this platform would work for us and our business, due to some unfortunate restrictions but we have worked hard with the support team to adapt in order for it to fit our business.

Overall, the process of using the system has been enjoyably simple. The excellent data and information it generates provide me with a fantastic sales resource to connect with businesses that are already engaging with us. The team is brilliant; if there is something specific you want from the system, they are more than happy to get it set up for you in a swift and responsive manner."

Pros

By isolating our most important traffic sources, we gain a clearer understanding of what drives user behaviour. This insight directly informs our internal thinking on how to make our content more engaging and impactful.

Cons

Personally, I cannot fault the system or the service provided. Our account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] , is consistently engaging and always ready to help with any issues we encounter. The data and workflows are excellent. The only minor drawback is not knowing exactly who is viewing our content; however, we recognise this isn't a limitation of the system, but rather an impossible metric to track in the first place so can’t stand this against the system.

### "Insights that I didn't think I could get"

Our company has used Lead Forensics for years, but the person who owned the relationship from our side left, and it just sort of \*sat there\* doing the reports it always did. Since discovering this, and taking ownership of it myself, Lead Forensics couldn't have done any more in terms of account management and tool enablement. It definitely feels like they listen to feedback and are here to make sure we get maximum value from it.

Pros

I get a level of actionable insight that I just can't find in most other tools available to me. In terms of onboarding an ongoing training, they've been super engaged and available, which has hugely helped.

Cons

I'd love a bit more custom automation (zapier/IFTTT style). The notification options are a bit narrow.

My overall experience with Lead Forensics is very positive. The system offers many possibilities and an additional business perspective. The technical support is top-notch, which makes the cooperation exemplary.

Pros

Excellent customer service. In case of any questions or concerns, our representative always provides constructive and prompt assistance.

Cons

The amount of options and possibilities is large, which can be overwhelming. In my opinion, optimization in terms of UX would be useful.
