Very positive. We had more traffic coming to our site than we even realized. It helps us monitor our e-Store as well.

Pros

Customer service response time is awesome. 5/5. Needed help updating a few items on the portal and had the option to submit to our Customer Support Rep or just send a quick message within the portal.

Cons

There is a learning curve to the product but it can be a very useful business tool! Would advise companies to take advantage of their monthly 1 on 1's to maximize the tool.

### "Long term customer - awful customer service"

We've been a long term customer of Lead Forensics, price hikes each year without improving the software has made it difficult to justify this software over alternative channels which have consistently provided better ROI. The reason for the 1 star, is partially the above, but primarily the awful customer service approach when it came to cancelling the contract. We were 1 day past the 30day auto renewal date, and they have forced us to pay in full for a service we won't be using. Very short sighted business approach, when there are so many alternatives out there. I would highly recommend considering alternatives.

Ability to see which companies have visited our website.

Cons

No data on the specific individual visiting.

Our experience with Lead Forensics has been great. It has really helped us to work more effectively across the marketing and sales teams, and informing our campaign plans. Our Customer Success Manager has really taken the time to get to know our business and customer base, offering suggestions on how we can improve our content and user experience.

Pros

Lead Forensics is a user friendly tool that gives valuable insight into who's visiting at your website and what they're looking at. We have a monthly call with our Customer Success Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], to go through our monthly visits, see who's of interests and where we could improve our website/content. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been great at helping us learn new ways to get the most of the platform and has been a great support in when we're launching new campaigns or setting up new web tools.

Cons

No major cons at all with the platform. We'd like to be able to integrate fully with our CRM system but there are work arounds and the insights from the tool far outweigh this.

the visibility it gives us into which companies are actively researching our products. It moves us beyond anonymous traffic and allows us to prioritise outreach based on real engagement. The customer service and continuous training stand out. The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us get the best from the platform. The regular training sessions have improved how we qualify leads and align marketing with sales.

Pros

The ability to quickly identify companies visiting our website has been seriously valuable. The lead generation is very straightforward with the RocketReach credits, the extensive filtering options make it easy to segment and prioritise prospects, and the customer support team have been consistently responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions.

Cons

Occasionally some visitor data can be limited depending on how the company is browsing and if the company has a large headcount or global presence, but that’s more a limitation of the wider tracking environment and GDPR limitations rather than the platform itself.

Helpful tool with a specilaist team and dedicated manager that help you get the most out of the platform.

Pros

Once set up the platform is easy to use and is very customisable to the specific data you want to prioritise. You get a lot of help from the team on this and they spend the time understanding your business to set this up for you in the right way. We now have access to a lot more visitor data than we have ever had which helps inform marketing and wider business decisions. The reports are also great snapshots for long-term trends. They have also been very quick to implement AI / chatpt referals etc.

Cons

The limitations of LF is more to do with office VPN vs working-from homes and cookies, which determines whether the visitors can be tracked/identified. Therefore the data shown on visitors is the only a fraction of all website visits. Unfortunately this isn't something they can get around. Also it would be nice to streamline visits from the same business into one, as different office locations get treated as separate businesses just because its a different VPN location.

Cons

Some of the reports can look a little clumsy, the content is there but the layout can sometimes be lacking.

Its been amazing when trying to track down who has been on our website via PPC. It has meant that we have been able to reach leads that have clicked via an add but not filled in a form. This has helped with our ROI.

Cons

There isn't much to say here, the functionality, the reports, the account management is all great. We are really happy with how its performing.

I have enjoyed using Lead forensics and the options to see the history, the names of employees is a helpful tab. Its easy to use and to update. I think it would be beneficial for us if we could link it to the system we currently use but its no bother going onto the site and cross referencing it. Lead forensics has been a great tool for us to reach out to the facilities departments that need our services.

Pros

Its great that you can see the 'History' so you can call them and you have an idea of what it is they need help with. doesn't feel like a cold call when making contact.

Cons

A name of the actual person that looked at the website would be really beneficial. sometimes when they leave the number its the office number which then doesn't help getting hold of the actual department or team. Maybe a box so they the client can leave a question if they are looking for or needing something in particular to make it feel more personable.

Does not give you the information of the specific person who looked at the website. Also, for some businesses that are part of franchises it is hard to tell which business in which location used it.

Excellent, I have used Lead forensics previously and initially recommended it. I have found it useful and the easer of use on the site is user friendly.

Pros

Very informative, gives you all the details you require in terms of the client to then reach out to. Gives us Sales team another route into finding more leads. The Set up up is straight forward.

Cons

You cant actually see who the person is only the company this would help to narrow down who to contact when the lead comes through.

We have used Lead Forensics for many years. Over this time frame we have found the team very professional and helpful in supporting us when we have had new staff that need training on the system

Pros

Lead Forensics helps us to assess how our website is performing and locate the information that customers are most interested in.

Cons

No major issues. It would be great if Lead Forensics could provide website data on the total number of users who have visited even if the visitor is not using a fixed IP address. This would add value to their offering.

Lead Forensic providing you real data on the companies and potential client reviewing our website, which in turn help our marketing strategy, and understand the initial needs of our future client. The ability to host its own CRM system within Lead Forensics, which entail provide accurate reporting and data. The cost is minimal for the information we receive, and each conversion drives the cost lower for value for money. The set up and sales of Lead forensics was vital. This wasn't a hard sell but what it can do for your company, great account management with monthly meetings and useful tools to how we can get the most out of lead forensics, without selling add-ons, its great customer service to keep you as a retained customer.

Cons

Would like maybe the webinars which are generally booked to be able to be a video resource. This would help if unable to access a course for some time or to view at your own leisure.

It had been a rollercoaster, at first not feeling like this was the platform for us was difficult, but Sac our support manager has been working closely with me to ensure we can utilise this platform to our best abilities and now within the last 6+ months we have seen amazing results from our Lead Generation team using Lead Forensics.

Pros

It has given us valuable insights into the types of businesses that are interested in our business and services. We currently dominate one industry sector and Lead Forensics has given us the knowledge and insights into how many additional industries are looking at our products. Additionally we have been able to create some marketing contact lists for businesses/industries we don't currently work with for our E-Commerce team to utilise.

Cons

At first we did not think this platform would work for us and our business, due to some unfortunate restrictions but we have worked hard with the support team to adapt in order for it to fit our business.

Our company has used Lead Forensics for years, but the person who owned the relationship from our side left, and it just sort of \*sat there\* doing the reports it always did. Since discovering this, and taking ownership of it myself, Lead Forensics couldn't have done any more in terms of account management and tool enablement. It definitely feels like they listen to feedback and are here to make sure we get maximum value from it.

Pros

I get a level of actionable insight that I just can't find in most other tools available to me. In terms of onboarding an ongoing training, they've been super engaged and available, which has hugely helped.

Cons

I'd love a bit more custom automation (zapier/IFTTT style). The notification options are a bit narrow.

Although the website indicates which company's have been on our site, it does not tell you the exact individual or site. For customers who have numerous sites across the UK and globally, this can be hard to track down exactly who has been looking at our website.

Pros

Of course it would be great to know the individual who visited our website for direct sales targeting, but we can still understand who that could have been from the contact details available for that organisation.
