Very good product at identifying website visitors which is invaluable for our business. This helps us iodentify new clinets and keep existing ones happy.

Cons

Very little not to like as we can see what pages have been visited the most and how often. Very useful metrics for our business.

It has been game changing for our startup. We have visibility of where our limited budgets should be spent while also being able to start a conversation with prospects via LinkedIn contact info that Lead Forensics has provided. The Customer Success Managers at Lead Forensics are superb. They help us get the most from the tool and also make useful suggestions on how we can improve and get maximum return on our investment in the product. It definitely feels like you have another team member rather than a sales rep helping you.

Pros

Lead Forensics has given us actionable insight on our marketing activities that we would otherwise have not had visibility of. We have defined a process for our sales team to reach out to engaged prospects that have not form filled and have had great success in building pipeline in a more proactive way. It has also enabled us to review customer engagement levels meaning that we can check in with them and manage any issues almost before they arise. Critically, the tool provides visibility of marketing spend that is working, without form fills. This means we can adjust our efforts to encourage that and invest further in what we can see is gaining interest. Lead Forensics is a great all-round tool for tracking campaign and other marketing efforts without the need to sit and wait for people to trigger forms or reach out via other contact channels.

Cons

The visitor view can be a little slow to load.

Overall Lead Forensics has provided great insights into our website performance and lead generation strategies.

Pros

The onboarding and support has been really great. Whilst implementing a new system has been a learning curve, our Customer Success Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been really great at helping us evolve our strategy.

Cons

Some of the functionalities can be quite complex but it hasn't been an issue since the support has been great.

We’ve had a brilliant experience with lead forensics and the account managers are excellent at giving support. Alongside this we have always had any tickets resolved immediately

Pros

The leads manager function allows me to track the progress of leads within the sales team easily. I also really like the different reports that can be generated and set up to automatically go out each week.

Cons

There is sometimes a slight delay with leads being sent to salespeople ( around 30 minutes ) and we try to capture people being on the website immediately

Pros

Along with aiding the sales teams, it helps analyse whether our outreach is working. Training was really helpful and portals are simple enough to use on your own. Very fast to update so you don't have to wait for visitors and can try to get in touch fast. Ideal for understanding which pages on the website perform best and areas our customers are located.

Cons

No major issues, it can have a lot of information to deal with at first but personalising your portal makes it easier to digest

It really easy to use and navigate. Lead Forensics is incredibly valuable for targeting the right prospects with the right products.

Cons

Harder to use on a mobile phone. Mobile app would be an amazing addition for people who are on the road.

Being able to see what sort of companies view our website, this gives us an insight of what industries to focus on

Good experience overall, the support from \[sensitive content hidden\]is very good and we have catch-up calls every other month, which is great as sometimes new features are added that I don't know about until I am shown. I would 100% recommend!

Pros

I have had a great time working with Lead Forensics any questions I've had they’ve gone above and beyond to help me make the most of the web-based platform, I have recently been having meetings with \[sensitive content hidden\], to learn more about the platform and she been very patient, professional and kind during this time and a great help to Oracle Precision's needs out of LeadForensics, we really appreciate her support as try and get more results out of our marketing activities and to gain more from lead forensics such as the contacts feature among many other helpful features.

Cons

There's not much I can say here, it's a great service and we find value in it all. One thing I would've said that it looked outdated but due to a recent update that is no longer the case.

The ability to gather information and to analyse which customers have neem looking at which pages on our website. This lead generation is a great opportunity to develop further into increased sales.

Cons

Although the website indicates which company's have been on our site, it does not tell you the exact individual or site. For customers who have numerous sites across the UK and globally, this can be hard to track down exactly who has been looking at our website.

Its great to see what businesses have landed on your website in order to reach out and market to etc.

Cons

It doesn't provide the contact details (name, mobile number, e-mail address) of the person landing on your website. Tracking the individual down using external tools can be extremely difficult at times.

Since implementing it, we’ve established a sales process that allows us to reach out to high-quality leads we wouldn’t have even known existed without Lead Forensics.

Pros

Purely the generation of sales leads for each of our businesses...which company they have come from and what services or products on our websites they are interested in.

Cons

Not being able to know who exactly was looking at our site - personal Wi-Fi or VPNs make it impossible to pinpoint an individual's identity.

Pros

The insight we receive to understand the quality of the traffic to our website to help us understand and improve our marketing, and to help us establish new leads is invaluable to growing our business and pipeline. The excellent customer support and account management was really helpful in the rollout process and is still appreciated today.

Cons

Of course it would be great to know the individual who visited our website for direct sales targeting, but we can still understand who that could have been from the contact details available for that organisation.

Pros

Good for getting a good overview of who's been visiting your webpages. Makes it easy to find relevant contacts.

Cons

Only around 1 in 10 of our site visitors are logged, so unless they're office-based they won't get picked up. But I suppose it depends on the industry you work in/who your site visitors are likely to be.

By isolating our most important traffic sources, we gain a clearer understanding of what drives user behaviour. This insight directly informs our internal thinking on how to make our content more engaging and impactful.

Cons

Personally, I cannot fault the system or the service provided. Our account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] , is consistently engaging and always ready to help with any issues we encounter. The data and workflows are excellent. The only minor drawback is not knowing exactly who is viewing our content; however, we recognise this isn't a limitation of the system, but rather an impossible metric to track in the first place so can’t stand this against the system.

The interface. Seems a bit outdated, it could use a bit of a refresh. Also, the reports that are sent by email have changed; the previous design showed more information.
