Overall I have to say that my experience in using this has been excellent and i find it a very very useful tool.

Pros

There are a few things that i liked about lead forensic these include , the customization options on the dashboard which make it more personal to your business and easier to use , The staff - \[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful in getting everything setup and working how i needed it and if I had a problem was always willing to help and point me in the right direction to rectify this.

Cons

The thing I disliked the most was the excel download report having to my columns on but tis is something were working to rectify.

Overall a positive experience over the last 5 years, great platform to use to gain further insights into visitor behavior. A lot of potential to do more with LF too in future. Appreciate the support we get from our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\].

Pros

Amount of support received from account manager, including tips on how to improve our experience is great Lots of insights gained by looking at what customers are interacting with and it has given us a great leverage to bring up those topics in upcoming engagements Able to integrate with google key words for further insights

Cons

Pulls location based on IP address so can be inaccurate if you're wanting to see specifically which location/office etc a person/company is visiting from

It's a fantastic tool to use for tracking lead opportunities. It has helped us massively with understanding our audience and creating personalised content relevant to our target audience.

Pros

This tool has helped our team become more strategic with our campaigns thanks to the insightful data we get in our reports. I find the platform's layout user friendly and the support available is fantastic.

Cons

At the beginning, I found the report criteria section (e.g. page viewed, category, landing page) tricky to understand due to the amount of criteria we were able to track. It would be useful to have tool tips on each to highlight what each criteria covers.

From day one this has been a great tool for both me as a manager and my staff in searching for new customers and reaching out to them while the lead is "hot"

Pros

It is great to be able to see what customers are visiting your website and where the leads are coming from. This helps you in your marketing approach and searching for new customers.

Cons

Truthfully the change of the platform....I like the "old" look. But over all like it all.

I think one of the best things about Lead Forensics is our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\]. He is very helpful. He takes the time to assist me with where i need support in using the system and making good suggestions to elevate our success in using it

Pros

It has a really easy dashboard to navigate and use, we are still in the process of learning how to use it best to suit our business needs but so far so good.

Cons

We are still in the early stages of using it so i can't comment yet on any negatives. At the moment nothing is standing out as being a massive negative

Really positive. There's limited to say negatively about the platform. They provide great customer service, the insights are great and their pipeline of upcoming features sounds brilliant.

Pros

Lead forensics is a really easy to implement and use platform. The support offered by the lead forensics team is second to none, there hasn't been an issue in our 3 or so years of using the platform that they have delayed in response to.

Cons

Everyone uses the platform differently, but it would be great to be able to personalise navigation across by putting features pertinent to each user at the forefront.

As well as the benefits I mentioned previously, our Account Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been great. Always goes out of his way to really understand your business and makes you aware of many other benefits such as the various stats and reports available to you when using Lead Forensics - and how your business can benefit from these. Very helpful indeed.

Pros

Being able to see what businesses visit our website has been very beneficial, as well as seeing what pages have been viewed. This has enabled us to engage with a variety of organisations to discuss their specific requirements in more detail and provide them with relevant options.

Cons

Contacting people who have visited our website, and them feeling a little awkward that we know they have visited our website, however, there are a variety of ways to go about this without the awkwardness and 'big brother' feeling. It is just finding what works best for you and your organisation.

Pros

Lead forensics as an amazing Sales tool- it has become an amazing tool for warm sales leads- 20-30% of which become quotes or orders

Cons

Not all web visits lead to leads as information such as contacts cant be found due to companies being too large.

Overall we have had a good experience with Lead Forensics. In particular, \[sensitive content hidden\], who was our success manager, was very knowledgeable and worked with us to ensure we maximised the most out of the software.

Pros

I am impressed by the data Lead Forensics generates for us on the dashboard and the reporting that can be sent to emails.

Cons

There was not a lot we didn't like. Perhaps only the lead manager wasn't as useful, as we had our own sales CRM. However, we can appreciate that it wouldn't be a con for everyone.

The software itself is great and has made a real impact to our marketing. Our experience with the customer success team has been great, communication is really strong and the team action any requests or questions really quickly. Response times and resolutions have been really fast any time we've logged a support request.

Pros

It's incredibly useful to see not only which companies are visiting our website, but what their user journey looks like, from the channel that brought them to our site, to the pages viewed in their session.

Cons

The portal loading times are pretty slow so it can take a while to gather information sometimes.

Pros

Ability to keep track of potential leads and find new contacts to connect with. Also good filters to help focus efforts.

Cons

The ability to have more than one appointment assigned to a lead at one time. Not much more to say but due to word count I have to type more!

Pros

An overall great service to understand both your existing customer and potential new customers through an easy to use portal.

Cons

There are additional bolt on cost services, but as an SME we don't believe are relevant to our own business, but may well be for others

The Information you get from who has visited and what they looked at on our website, plus the added information regarding contacts of that company is very useful.

Cons

You don't get the exact details of the person who visited your website, but I believe this is not allowed anyway.

As I'm in sales and have been for year's being able to have warm leads is amazing, pretty faultless in providing the names of companies that visit my companies website

Cons

If only it could give me the name of the person who's been looking at my website... But that's not possible and I like digging into these leads to find the right contact myself

10/10 - We have fantastic on going support, we have been taught everything we need to know to get the most we can from Lead Forensics, the site is easy to navigate and the information provided is very detailed.

Pros

The simplicity of the site itself is great, the onboarding process leaves no margin for error, the communication once Gaz took over has been fantastic. We feel like valued clients rather than just another number.

Cons

I have nothing to complain about other than the initial lack of communication however, I am led to believe this was a one off and the person we were originally speaking with has left the company.

Very positive. I will absolutely use in the future with other companies, too.

Pros

In B2B marketing, there are tons of data gaps in being able to track the efficacy of campaigns and efforts. LeadForensics has given us tons of valuable data points to fine tune our efforts and proactively target future clients. The account service we receive from Ryan is the best of any vendor I work with. He has provided us with progressive steps to use the tool to its fullest abilities (my bandwidth did not allow me to implement and begin using all aspects of the platform from the start). He has been great at uncovering new ways to use the tool to help our business.

Cons

The biggest challenges I have faced are really my own doing. Any time I have set up tracking incorrectly or did not create the integration fully, Ryan was quick to deliver documentation to help me find where I messed up.

Trying to onboard the sales team to see the potential. However, the support team at LF have been great at finding ways to streamline reports and leads, which has really helped.

We have this in place to assist with monitoring web activity, which useful for both new visitors, and also existing customers. Knowing the customers journey allows us to tailor our approach when responding to enquiries.

Pros

The configurable dashboard provides a useful overview of the visitors activity. The support is great.

Cons

It takes some time to understand the layout & functionality, but the support has always been there to assist.
