I have always had a really positive experience with Lead Forensics, particularly \[sensitive content hidden\] who is always helpful, professional and responsive if I have any queries, I would highly recommend them.

Pros

How useful the visitor list is and how clear it is laid out for following up leads. I also like the way you can add categories and the fact they're colour-coded really helps my client.

Cons

I haven't experienced any issues with Lead Forensics personally, therefore no cons.

### "Pretty Nice Tool to have"

Pros

My favorite part about LF is being able to track prospect activity on the website. You can see the parts of the website that people are enjoying overall, and where each prospect spend the majority of their time, which is really helpful in prepping for sales calls, or gauging interest after a sales call/when expecting a signed contract. I can also use utm source trackers in my campaigns and see that prospects are engaging with a particular campaign to hone in on future efforts.

Cons

Not every organization pulls through to LF accurately. Some of the real time reports are false alarms. But the team is really great about staying on top of those and looking into any specific website visits to provide some additional guidance that may be helpful.

Our organization has been very pleased with the Lead Forensics product. From the time it was implemented, to the ongoing quarterly meetings with a product representative, to help us improve/customize the platform for best ROI. We have converted leads to forecastable opportunities above our goal expectations. I would recommend trying this before much more expensive options.

Pros

It provides prospect/customer information of what products are being researched. This in turn provides a warm lead to be followed up by my sales team.

Cons

It can be difficult to Navigate the site to get where you want to be. I find myself having to search with hit and miss results.

Reason for choosing Lead Forensics

The Zoom Info option had more features then we needed for a mid size company. It was a significant higher investment for the luxuries that would not be used. Lead Forensics had the balance of what we deemed important at a reasonable price point.

It a great tool to gather information on warm leads for our business which gives us another way to connect with our customers.

Cons

It been difficult to adjust the filters however \[sensitive content hidden\] has been such a great help with everything and is so lovely!

Lead Forensics does what it says on the tin, seamlessly turning numeric website data into useful and actionable insights about which companies are interested in your products and services.

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing we don't like about Lead Forensics.

You have a limit on credits which you need to be mindful of, as these could potentially be used up very quickly.

Overall, I am really pleased with Lead Forensics and how it makes cold selling that little bit easier. Our CSM, Charlotte, has been super helpful in tailoring the website to exactly what I need / want to see and showing us how to use the tools correctly.

Easy to use and lots of information to work with!

Cons

The fact I had to change my settings from viewing from my laptop to on my big screen as doesn't all fit on the same screen. Minor problem though!

Pros

Good CS team. Data is valuable. Real time is a plus and integration with Slack via Zapier is nice.

Cons

Still trying to determine why site traffic differs from of our other marketing tools we use. Would love some more personalized data on who is visiting.

We have already got a large customer on the brink of converting that we spoke to after an alert from Lead Forensics, that we would have missed without the software.

Positive experience with an industry-leading software. The support team is prompt with small issues and willing to dive into bigger issues to determine the root cause.

Pros

Number of visitors identified, accuracy of that information, and where the visit came from. We tested multiple tools simultaneously and Lead Forensics identified more companies visiting our website. They also had the best sync with our CRM, HubSpot.

Cons

LeadForensics doesn't identify if the visitors are the same people or unique like Dealfront (previously LeadFeader). If you have 10 visits from a company, you don't know if it's a single person visiting the site 10 times, 10 people visiting once each, or a mix of people visiting.

I love it! We have it for all four companies in group and it works differently for each company but at the end of the day if you know who is looking on your website you can contact them and get the edge over your competition. It also gives you a reminder of existing but lapsed customers.

Pros

It tells me who has been on our website, we get to call them and get ahead of our competition, it's real time and alerts us with a trigger email. We convert prospects into sales.

Cons

I would like if it gave us mobile or telephone numbers too.

Clear and concise and UK contacts not usa people given to us. I also loved the customer care when setting up and all the filters added.
