Customer service is great as I get someone to answer my "mishaps" and their babysitting technique. The prices are not the lowest but they are fair and GREAT service is worth the extra 27 cents.
The customer service has been excellent. All of the employees have been very friendly and are super responsive.
The price was fair for what you receive. There are some good reports that are useful for monthly payrolls, and year end reporting.
I like how it is all interconnected and the support was wonderful. There was live training which was captured on video to replay, written supports, phone supports, and very quick email supports.

HAVENT used once, and desperately want to cancel. Now I'm left desperately hoping that the company will do the right thing and refund my money they stole and ACTUALLY CANCLE my account.
Lack of integration between HRIS and T&L/payroll. Lack of functionality on payroll.
Worse than Horrible - Excruciatingly Painful and the most frustrating organization that I have ever done business with.
Especially when just trying to reset a password. I have given my score due to the obnoxious treatment from customer service and the lack of information available.

Overall: I had talked to them before the holiday and we thought a problem was resolved. I called back in and we talked for about 5 minutes and the issue was resolved.
Pros: Ease of accessing the payroll portal. Helpful employees
Cons: I have nothing to share negatively. I called in and had to wait about 10 minutes, which the day after a holiday was short.

Overall: Excellent. They are there when you need them and otherwise it is a seamless transmission of your payroll information. One responsibility of mine I don't have to think about! It is all handled for me!

Overall: My overall experience with PrimePay implemetation team was great exeprience, my overall experience with the system is NOT LIKEY to recommend. The system is has a lot of glitches and is limited to what is capabilities are.

Cons: System limitations. The system is unable to handle our intricut payrolls and could not give basic reports that were needed. The discovery documents was very detailed on what is needed for data migration. It made the import of information and data verification easier.
