It had some ability to modify the set up and codes but when it came to customer service, it was difficult to get answers and help without starting from ground zero and explaining your whole company/ process to each person. **Pros:** The simplicity of the product made it easy enough for almost anyone to use. The payroll process and tax management filing was helpful. **Cons:** Because of the simplicity of the product, it lacked the abilities and the support we needed as a growing business. Alicia B. Also their way to accommodate to us like being able to print checks for our clients **Cons:** Our company has had some communication issues with taxes being paid in correctly or overpaid from switching over mid-year.
