### "PrimePay is a great option for small businesses."

Overall, I like Primepay. They worked professionally and helped me resolve any issue that came up.

Pros

I like the onboarding process. From getting all of your documents together to communication, it was really good. The price is average for what you can pay. I like when you get one deticated person to deal with from onboarding to runing payrolls. I like that she was really hands on with making sure you know all the ins and outs of getting started. She was very meticulous and task driven. She did not run it untill we confirmed everything.

Cons

I didn't like the switiching to a new person to handle my account. Like other payroll services, you get one person for on boarding and another for the rest of your term. That was the case here. The second person wan't bad at her job she just wasn't as experienced or meticulous. We had a few times that weren't entered correctly or something was missed in email. We eventually got it. It just took time.

ADP is great and has a great platform for users to input their information and even intergrates with other software. However there sales/sales incentives can be very disruptive. I may have delt with several sales agents calling to onboard me or up sell me etc. every couple of months while I was a client and when I was not. I can appreciate the sales people trying to get commisions but it was very disruptive talking to regional reps and local reps and setting up meetings to discuss things. It made me feel that they were incentivised on quantity and not quality.

The fast response from the specialists at Primepay is great! We just submitted our 3rd party sick pay and received our amendments the very next morning.

Pros

We always receive a quick response to any question we have.

Cons

I prefer to have a payroll specialist assigned to my account so that if I have questions I always speak to the same specialist. Therefore, it is a more personalized experience.

The software was great and easy to use. It had some ability to modify the set up and codes but when it came to customer service, it was difficult to get answers and help without starting from ground zero and explaining your whole company/ process to each person.

Pros

The simplicity of the product made it easy enough for almost anyone to use. The payroll process and tax management filing was helpful.

Cons

Because of the simplicity of the product, it lacked the abilities and the support we needed as a growing business.

The information session was very friendly and helpful. Compared apples to apples. After the sales person went through the information, I was transfered over to my account specialist who was able to log in with me and get some of the information the needed through a web call. Now just in the process of getting employee information over.

Pros

The pricing and helpfulness of the Sales rep and the account specialist. Everyone was helpful during the onboarding process and trying to get me set up with everything. Pricing was a huge point for me and this is almost half the price of any other pay company I have been with

Cons

The amount of work to bring employees from current service to primepay. Have to do a lot of manual transfer of reports and information.

I enjoy using PrimePay, and will continue until further notice.

Pros

PrimePay is easy to use. I like the intergration between PrimePay and employee navigator.

Cons

I don't like the payroll cutoff time being such a hard time, when I'm actually going throught the last steps of payroll. I've been caught in verification a couple of times, and charged the "Next Day Deposit Fee".

My overall experience with PrimePay implemetation team was great exeprience, my overall experience with the system is NOT LIKEY to recommend. The system is has a lot of glitches and is limited to what is capabilities are.

System limitations. The system is unable to handle our intricut payrolls and could not give basic reports that were needed. The discovery documents was very detailed on what is needed for data migration. It made the import of information and data verification easier.

Very good, and overall happy with the product.

Pros

The layout is great, it is very intuitive and flows well. When Prime Pay handles direct deposit, I do not need to worry about payroll or payroll taxes getting to the correct place.

Cons

The workman's comp reporting and most report generation is not intuitive or user friendly. It is very cumbersome and I am not quite certain I get the report I need for my workman's comp audit.

Overall experience it has been a beautiful one. I enjoy the view, the updates being made, the ease of items and the lovely staff.

Pros

The one on one, the willingness to walk through things, love the staff that assisted.

Cons

Some items with onboarding, but I am submitting them to see if it can change. I am hopeful, the system is adaptable.

When I first started with PrimePay the portal was a little out of date but since then they have made so may upgrades and enhancements.

My overall experience with Primepay has been very positive. Some of my issues were unique, but once I had a representative where as I could show my particular limitation, they were always able to resolve or show me better ways of handling the issues.

Pros

In most cases, there is written information on how to resolve an issue you are having and potentially a video as well.

Cons

Times where I had to call support, those issues where not always resolved or no one returned my calls

Overall, Prime Pay is much smother of a payroll platform that what I have used in the past. I enjoy the platform, the look, and the ease it provides. Direct deposit is the way to go! Less headache!

Pros

Prime Pay offers a wide variety of business needs. It has a sleek, modern look and feel- while being easy to navigate and process your payroll needs.

Cons

At times, Prime Pay support can be tricky to navigate. Sometimes I feel as though my cases are solved quickly, and others I feel I am lost and/or need further assistance.

Pros

The software is easy to use and easy to navigate. It is easy to find information about the company and employees.

Cons

I am not in control of my own payrolls. If I make a mistake, I need to contact customer support for them to either void the whole payroll or erase the mistake I made.

Knowing that it is a difficult payroll to do she gets it done in a reasonable amount of time and she is really easy to work with! All my emails are answered within a reasonable time frame, so there are no worries when I need her becauae I know she will get back to me when she can.

Pros

I like how they improved their systems and now I can always get someone on the phone with a problem if our company's representative is unavailable.

Cons

I would not say PrimePay's issue, but we pay for overnight priority package and some times it never shows up to be delivered on time or at all. Also, some times the Invoices we get from PrimePay are over charged and wrong.

Really terrible. Can't count the number of times I called to resolve issues to no avail.

Pros

Really nothing - compared to other providers they offer no advantages.

Cons

Inept customer support. Kept getting the run-around about tax withholding. We ditched them after months of frustration. Found out that they had withheld $8,000 more in taxes than they should have, and we are a small organization!

Overall, I like PrimePay. We have used it for payroll for longer than I have been at the company. The reports are great and useful. The customer service can take a while, which can be frustrating.

Pros

Primepay is easy to use and has helpful features for payroll purposes. It works well for our transportation company with many different kinds of employees.

Cons

PrimePay support service is difficult to reach. There are resources available, but it usually takes an hour to speak to a customer service representative.

Making payroll has generally been a good experience but overall it has not been an A+ experience. More like 85%, a B+. It could be better.

Pros

Customer support with \[sensitive content hidden\] is great. He is the best.

Cons

I received a report from the IRS that I owe $2,700 extra for my quarterly payroll. I believe it is being taken care of but I have received no word on it in the new year. This is very concerning. A minor issue is that Software has been glitchy. Things like printing invoice receipts has been difficult. There are times when my employee data reports address errors when there are none.

We have been clients of Prime Pay for the last 25 years. I like that my payroll taxes are completely taken care of, and payroll runs pretty smoothly. And it was wonderful meeting \[sensitive content hidden\] today.

Pros

FINALLY!! I was helped by the best person today! \[sensitive content hidden\] was great! I was not able to log on on PrimePay LLC to get help with a last day check. We are a small company and our employees are great. Not a lot of turnover. So I have not done a "termination" in a very long time. \[sensitive content hidden\] walked me through the procedure and I was very pleased that it has been streamlined and made into an interim payroll. I really learned a lot from him today plus he had a wonderful demeanor.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to reach someone who can explain and resolve questions. And one of our payrolls was not delivered by FedEx. It actually was mailed through USPS! Did not receive until the following week. Fortunately, delivery was made on the following Monday. But that situation caused a lot of anxiety.

I love the reminders when I am supposed to get everyone's hours and submit so everyone gets paid on time. GREAT move adding that feature!

Pros

I love these people! Customer service is great as I get someone to answer my "mishaps" and their babysitting technique. The prices are not the lowest but they are fair and GREAT service is worth the extra 27 cents. I will be with them for a LONNNG time!

Cons

Don't know yet ................. Life is good with PrimePay!!
