I called back in and we talked for about 5 minutes and the issue was resolved. Pros Ease of accessing the payroll portal. Helpful employees Cons I have nothing to share negatively. I called in and had to wait about 10 minutes, which the day after a holiday was short. Pros Prime Pay customer service response has been greatly improved! And customer services reps are always very helpful! Cons At this time I can't say there is anything I don't like. Pros They work hard to bring relevant and useful tools and resources to the HR and Payroll functions. Cons Some of the overlapping technologies in (SyncHR and Time) don't intuitively interface, so there are some things that seem like they should be simple that aren't quite simple. I like that my payroll taxes are completely taken care of, and payroll runs pretty smoothly. And it was wonderful meeting \[sensitive content hidden\] today. Pros FINALLY!! I was helped by the best person today! \[sensitive content hidden\] was great! I was not able to log on on PrimePay LLC to get help with a last day check. We are a small company and our employees are great. Not a lot of turnover. So I have not done a "termination" in a very long time. \[sensitive content hidden\] walked me through the procedure and I was very pleased that it has been streamlined and made into an interim payroll. I really learned a lot from him today plus he had a wonderful demeanor. Cons Sometimes it is hard to reach someone who can explain and resolve questions. And one of our payrolls was not delivered by FedEx. It actually was mailed through USPS! Did not receive until the following week. Fortunately, delivery was made on the following Monday. But that situation caused a lot of anxiety. Pros They are quick at returning payroll, the payroll is accurate. Its usually as same day turnaround. Cons The old Primepay was challenging. With the exception of some challenges in the Covid and post-Covid period, I have had the pleasure of working with some dedicated and knowledgeable PrimePay employees. Many years ago, a business partner insisted we switch to a competitor. After a couple of years, I came back to PrimePay. We had a tedious task to tackle and he took care of the problem expertly and with a great attitude. Cons It can be challenging to reach someone in support. Pros Position control feature, time and attendance module is very robust. The implementation process has been efficient and organized. Cons The workflows for job changes, status changes, pay rates, etc. does not have the ability to create multiple approval levels. PrimePay could really improve on making this process more dynamic and be customable from the client side. October 15, 2024 5.0 I love the reminders when I am supposed to get everyone's hours and submit so everyone gets paid on time. GREAT move adding that feature! Pros I love these people! Customer service is great as I get someone to answer my "mishaps" and their babysitting technique. The prices are not the lowest but they are fair and GREAT service is worth the extra 27 cents. Cons It still lacks more update within the system creating more work. Follow thru from technicians. Resolutions to issues.
