One thing that was somewhat frustrating was the fact that the communication with the tech was not fluid as it was via email depending on how the email server's speed.

Excellent! PrimePay is always a phone call away whenever I have any issues with my payroll.

Pros

What I like mostly about PrimePay is whenever I have any issue or questions about our payroll and I call they are prompt to answer my questions and walk us through any issues we may have or don't understand. Customer/Client Service services are great!

Cons

Nothing to report at this time...never encounter any bad service!

Pros

The migration from our previous payroll provider was simple and hassle-free. They provided good trying and were there every step of the way. Plus we saved money by switching.

Cons

I don't have any cons now that we have a dedicated support team for i9 Sports.

Back in December 2023, the wait time to talk to someone was very long. But things have changed now. Everything is running smoothly.

Pros

I really like talking to support technicians like \[sensitive content hidden\] that demonstrates a strong ability to make you feel that they are knowledgeable and understand the different aspects of primepay.

Cons

It still lacks more update within the system creating more work. Follow thru from technicians. Resolutions to issues. I didn't like the lack of accountability on an issue that was told I was at fault.

The customer support we have received from day one has been great. They have been responsive and helpful in answering any questions.

Cons

The layout of the website isn't the most user friendly. It is functional and pretty straight forward just limiting in some aspects.

Our overall experience with Primepay has been quite disappointing. After more than 10 years of being a customer, we began experiencing poor customer support, with no response to our inquiries for months. This lack of communication became a serious issue, particularly during critical moments like audits, where we were left waiting for essential confirmations. Despite the long-standing relationship, the service quality fell far short of our expectations, leading us to ultimately switch to another provider. Unfortunately, the poor support and average service made it impossible to continue with Primepay.

Pros

The overall experience was fairly average. The poor customer support we received ultimately led us to switch to another provider.

Cons

We've experienced extremely poor customer service, with no response for months. This lack of communication is the main reason we decided to switch to another provider after more than 10 years with Primepay.

We started using PrimePay with full-service where they would call and take payroll over the phone. Our manager was friendly and extremely helpful. Once we switched to self service payroll, it not only saved us money but was easier to use because I could do payroll whenever I wanted. We love PrimePay!

Pros

Our payroll person was a great communicator and once we switched to self service payroll, we found PrimePay's system easy to navigate and the videos to be very informative.

Cons

So far we haven't had any negative experiences except for having to wait for a response, which could sometimes take a day or more...

I have been with PrimePay for over 10 years. When I call in for help the same people are there to help me, its not a lot of new people. They answer my call and I don't get sent to a voicemail because they are too busy. When I make a mistake they are always able to help me fix it.

Overall, my start was a bit choppy, but now that I know the system a little better, I feel like it makes my life much easier!

Pros

The price is very competitive, compared to ADP. The features are relatively the same and serve their purpose for my small business.

Cons

I don't think the tutorials are very intuitive. It's hard to find the answers I need for some of the issues I ran into. I pretty much had to figure some things out on my own.

We are just getting started with PrimePay, so we don't have much time to give a full and honest review of all the services they offer. However, we have been very pleased with them so far.

Pros

All of the people I have interacted with so far, have been absolutely amazing! Every question answered, every issue resolved.

Cons

Nothing against PrimePay... I simply haven't had as much time as I would like to be able to focus on learning and utilizing the programs we are signed up for. But again, every time I have reached out for assistance, PrimePay has been quick to respond.

It was a bit traumatic. Very hard to get hold of someone and using their 'ticketing' system was awful. They are just now (sept) answering emails from June! Tickets would get closed with zero action taken.

The gross to net calculation. The product is reasonably easy to use.

Customer support or lack thereof. Inaccurate earnings codes set up etc.

Pros

Comprehensive service, payroll, W/C, taxes ensure correct amounts are paid on time. Do NOT like that PTO accruals are different between the PrimePay and Swipeclock employee issues at times.

Cons

Not assigned a specific human representative that I can call to discuss issues.
