When I call in for help the same people are there to help me, its not a lot of new people. They answer my call and I don't get sent to a voicemail because they are too busy. " October 15, 2024 4.0 Even though there are longer hold times (not terribly different from others companies) once you get a n agent they are very knowledgeable and get your question/issues addressed very fast! Pros Primepay offers a very simple way for those not professionally trained in payroll processing a way to submit and do it themselves. Cons sometimes they don't get back to you.... give you incorrect information.... tell you that you need to do something that you ended up not needing to do and time ended up being wasted.... all areas for improvement as we all have those.... Pros The price is very competitive, compared to ADP. The features are relatively the same and serve their purpose for my small business. Cons I don't think the tutorials are very intuitive. It's hard to find the answers I need for some of the issues I ran into. I pretty much had to figure some things out on my own. September 27, 2024 5.0 We are just getting started with PrimePay, so we don't have much time to give a full and honest review of all the services they offer. However, we have been very pleased with them so far. Pros All of the people I have interacted with so far, have been absolutely amazing! Every question answered, every issue resolved. Cons Nothing against PrimePay... I simply haven't had as much time as I would like to be able to focus on learning and utilizing the programs we are signed up for. But again, every time I have reached out for assistance, PrimePay has been quick to respond. Customer service is among the best I have worked with, prompt response and provide not just answers but point you in the right direction as to where to find those answers. This year has been more challenging with a different person nearly every payday processing our payroll. Pros Comprehensive service, payroll, W/C, taxes ensure correct amounts are paid on time. Do NOT like that PTO accruals are different between the PrimePay and Swipeclock employee issues at times. Cons Not assigned a specific human representative that I can call to discuss issues. Very hard to get hold of someone and using their 'ticketing' system was awful. They are just now (sept) answering emails from June! Tickets would get closed with zero action taken. I can't think of a time our payroll was delayed or incorrectly imputed. Infact, Highly recommend Pros Fast efficient payroll processing. We also use them for our Simple IRA Plan which really puts the burden on them for all the calculations. Cons No real complaints. I usually do hands off payroll, provide the required data, wew verify the numbers and get the summary right away. Pros Primepay is a straight forwad payroll company, the portal is very friendly and the there is always somebody to reach out for questions Cons Since I do hands off payroll, sometimes it takes sometime to get somebody through the phone. I do not blame them for the year-end debacle that blame goes squarely to management. Supposedly, management has solved last year's year-end problems. ...I am waiting with bated breath... Pros Very timely call backs for payroll after the year-end debacle. Cons Their year-end debacle was horrible. I would call in for payroll at 9:30 to 10:00 am but would not get a call back until mid to late afternoon. Pros In general I get a response in timely manner. Staff are very nice and professional. Cons Response time was very slow beginning of this year due to shortage of employees. I called several times but was on hold for at least 1 hr.
