I have had a wonderful experience in using PrimePay to process my payroll needs.

Pros

Accessible and easy to navigate their portal. Customer service is among the best I have worked with, prompt response and provide not just answers but point you in the right direction as to where to find those answers.

Cons

Slight issues on how invoicing is broken down and tracking older invoices.

The people that I talk to on the phone are extremely nice and very helpful. I do not blame them for the year-end debacle that blame goes squarely to management. Supposedly, management has solved last year's year-end problems. ...I am waiting with bated breath...

Pros

Very timely call backs for payroll after the year-end debacle.

Cons

Their year-end debacle was horrible. I would call in for payroll at 9:30 to 10:00 am but would not get a call back until mid to late afternoon. This is a problem for me because I only work part-time, and they would sometimes call when I was ready to leave.

Even though there are longer hold times (not terribly different from others companies) once you get a n agent they are very knowledgeable and get your question/issues addressed very fast!

Pros

Primepay offers a very simple way for those not professionally trained in payroll processing a way to submit and do it themselves.

Cons

There is quite a long hold time if there are questions or assistance needed.

I have not had an issue with PrimePay. Of course, I price cut would be nice.

Everything was smooth, easy and fast. I usually do hands off payroll, provide the required data, wew verify the numbers and get the summary right away.

Pros

Primepay is a straight forwad payroll company, the portal is very friendly and the there is always somebody to reach out for questions

Cons

Since I do hands off payroll, sometimes it takes sometime to get somebody through the phone. Although the wait time has improved a lot, it will take over 10 minutes to talk to a representative

We have been with Primepay since 2005. There are up and downs especially since the transition.

Pros

The payroll system is user friendly. The system constantly gets updated. Jose Carcamo, our new Client Success Manager has been very helpful.

Cons

Waiting time to speak to client services is too long.

### "If you are looking for Drama in your life - hire Prime Pay! "

Disaster. By far the worst business experience I have had. I'm not sure if they were just that incapable or just didn't blatantly care. Either way, it caused immense stress for me and my team. Still waiting to see if they paid all the taxes in a timely manner as they were not able to do anything else effectively - like call a client back or answer ANY questions.

Pros

Leaving them and hiring someone who was competent at the product they are selling.

Cons

The entire time there. We still have multiple issues which have not been resolved. We requested to leave our contract after 8 weeks! due to the constant/excessive issues with Prime Pay and still have not received a response on next steps to terminate our relationship.

Just to confirm, the Product drop above on this has very few employee payroll portals listed. I didn't know Google Maps did payroll! This is a great example of Prime Pay not taking the time to look at their own surveys before distributing. Looking for a stronger online platform which we could self service more.
