I found it quite useful to see how Oveit manages the real-time ticket availability on different sales channels. I have used it both for advanced online ticketing and box office and the real-time inventory update has eliminated any chance of overbooking or selling twice to the same client, especially during busy events.

Cons

I identified cases where the data ran into synchronization issues in the processing of high amounts simultaneously. This time there were minor delays when signaling the confirmation especially if more than two attendees were trying to use the bracelet at the same time.

Pros

My experience with this company was acceptable. There is many features available from customizing ticketing to cashless payments, you can do alot in this platform.When it comes to customer service, they are very attentive to your needs whether it is via live chat, email or phone.

Cons

An area I feel that needs improvement would be on the mobile app. I noticed that it occasionally crashes and once I restart it, it works fine.

Overall good. It made running small events way easier for me. Once everything’s set, it basically runs itself. Customer support was helpful the one time I needed them.

Pros

Really easy to set up events and sell tickets online. I liked how you can also manage access and even create cashless payments — all without needing a ton of extra tools. Interface is pretty straightforward too.

Cons

Took a bit of time to figure out some of the advanced settings. Also, some parts of the dashboard could be a bit more modern, feels a little outdated here and there.

Really solid. Took a lot of stress off the team, especially with last-minute changes. Support was responsive and helped us fix an issue quickly before the event went live.v

Pros

What I loved was how fast we were able to get our event online. Ticketing, registration, even access control — it all worked out of the box. The cashless payments feature was a nice surprise too, guests actually enjoyed using it.

Cons

A few minor bugs when editing attendee info, and the UI could be a bit more modern. Not a huge deal, but there’s room to improve.

Overall my experience with Oveit was well over average. I would give it 5 stars. It is great for events with large numbers of attendees and the seating feature is a plus.

Pros

I love how easy it is to start an event in the event tab and how you can set up multiple events.

Cons

I would like to see the "add on" options to be made more visible when purchasing a ticket/season passes.

Cons

\- The there wasn't any direct export with the email addresses of each ticket purchased (e.g. if on one order there are more tickets bought) - You cannot download all the generated invoices between specific dates

It was nice and the customer support truly brought a lot a value to the overall experience.

Pros

It is easy to be integrated into the website and the process of registration is customizable. You also had registration services on sight during the event which were super fast and smooth.

Cons

It was difficult to search for specific participants on the platform in the registered list with attendees and I always had to download the report so I could filter people out. It was also hard to identify duplicates within the platform and the ticket generated was not customizable enough. It would be cool to have more space to integrate visual elements.

We wanted to invest on local alternatives and support the company

\* I have to download and merge 2 different types of reports in order to have in the same place all the information related to participants (personal details & payment details) \* that error of the payment which was not notified in any way! The participant paid ticket fee, the platform didn't record the participant and did not issued the invoice so we were in a difficult situation in front of our participant

Pros

Ability to search using multiple inputs to find purchase. Ease of refund and flexibility for orders. Easy to upscale or downscale quickly. Very quick to master the software and the documentation for billing purposes was very good. Pricing was excellent and paypal link was very easy.

Cons

No cons other than that it was our first time using so we had to make changes often before we could go live with the ticket sale.
