Great experience overall - points for the Customer Support part! You did a great job with this platform.

Pros

It's pretty easy to use.

Cons

Not the software, but the process behind it...and by that I mean the contract we had to sign with Netopia too.

Thanks for your kind review. We have since integrated other payment processors as well (ex. PayPal) so payment integration is a lot easier to do.
