I’m paying 433.00 per month, but I’m not getting any results. None at all only Potential employee employees calling me not consumers.

I like when they communicate with me and keep in touch with me not just take my money and I don’t hear anything

Cons

My account manager haven’t reached out to me to set an appointment and I’m needing to talk to him. I am disappointed about that we should meet at least once or twice a month.

The overall experience with Thryv has been very good. Between the customer support and being able to send files to the clients and receive files from the clients and also being able to have text and email conversations it is top notch.

Pros

The security for Thryv we have no problems with and the value for the money is top notch. If we have a problem with anything we can either have a text conversation or call them up and they will resolve the issue as soon as possible. The invoicing is also good as it sends it to our clients phone so they are aware of it instead of to their email. The appointment management keeps us on track and notifies us each day to our email

Cons

There is nothing that we don't like about Thryv. Everything is up to what we need to stay in contact with our clients.

Absolutely love Thryv! They're consistent and supportive through every process whether it's understanding the SEO side of things or ideas on how to improve our website.

Pros

Everything I don't think to ask, she already has an answer for and anticipates every situation. \[sensitive content hidden\] is our performance success mgr and handles every question with care and really listens to what we expect from their services. They're prompt with appointments and I can always depend on them making time for me. I absolutely love the customer service at Thryv and find them one of the most valuable resources that is helping our business grow and "thryv"! Thank you two so much!

Cons

I don't really have anything bad to say about Thryv. Starting with a new company and a new portal can always be confusing but they explain everything I don't understand and are very patient.

Excellent, professional and enthusiastic. They couldn't do enough to get exactly what we asked for in a website.

Pros

The staffe at Thryv were friendly and highly proficient at their jobs. They covered everything we needed in a website and SEO needs as well as a Business Google profile. Their pricing was very reasonable for what was and still is offered. The scheduling of appointments was very easy and the training we received on how to use the Thryv platform was excellent. Additional follow up was provided in a speedy manner when we needed to change details on our site.

Cons

A team member no longer works with Thryv. She was the whole reason we signed up with them. So enthusiastic- she will be missed.

Extremely positive and easy. I was expecting to struggle with the IT learning curve, but there really isn't one.

Pros

Customer support and onboarding. I worked with the same team and we really had fun. I was very comfortable asking "stupid" questions.

Cons

Hmmmm. I'm anti Facebook and they had to coach me through the process. So, I guess that's not really a Thryv con.

My overall experience with Thryv has been great! I have tried many other CRMs and software to manage my business and Thryv has by far been the best, easiest and least expensive option. I have completely customized all my fields and can track everything I need to right from one place. I highly recommend this software to anyone that will listen.

Pros

I love that I can manage my whole business in one location. I can keep track of my clients and what stage of the sale they are in, do invoicing, track commissions, schedule appointments, have a website and social media content created and posted for me. It's all in one place and easy to manage.

Cons

I feel like pricing keeps going up quite frequently and the social media content does have to be tweaked periodically because it is not always completely accurate.
