Overall the experience has been okay. Our service manager has been awesome. CSR has taken the time to walk me through certain aspects of the product and has been working with us from the beginning. Before she came on board it was a stressful hassle to get the website looking how we wanted it. And it is frustrating when updates and fixes take a long time- like the current issues with AOL and Yahoo.

Pros

I like that the dashboard is fairly easy to navigate and that when I need to update the website I can do so fairly quickly. There are some very unique features. I like that we can put coupons and buttons directly into the website.

Cons

There is so much that the software can do that it is almost overwhelming. And there are some features that we just won't ever use. I really don't like when they have done software updates and major changes that they did not contact us to let us know that changes were coming and that we wouldn't be able to make changes. We update the website 2-3 times per month and this really messed up our program.

Pros

Thryv is just plain great. I love the functionality with appointment setting, invoicing, taking payments and much more. Being able to do everything in one program is perfect for our small business.

Cons

We found that there is really only one thing that we do not like and that is the cost. For a very small startup (only 2 of us) the price is very expensive for the better features.

### "A Little Piece of Work Heaven"

Pros

I love the ease of the transfers of my client spreadsheet over to Thryv, the ease of campaigns being sent out to clients, the ease of social media sites being connected to my thryv software, making marketing very simple.

Cons

I least like their is not a financial option that prints reports for financial statements.

### "Caution"

It was almost a week of nothing but a waste of my time and money. I told the rep what i wanted my software to do which is write and send invoices and estimates plus a lot more but to keep it short they knew i was going to have a problem with my invoices and they said nothing. Charged me 775.00 for a month of advertising plus service writing software. I spent a week learning how to use it and getting it all set up. Could of been avoided had they said their service writing software is useless and if they have been blocked by so many big email groups tells me they do some pretty shady stuff. I wanted nothing to do with their advertising my company name and ended it immediately. Of course when i ask about my refund that i want in full, they say their accounting office is in a 2 day meeting and it is wednesday, so we shall see come monday morning how honest they can be. If they just would of accepted my cancellation and immediately refunded my money I wouldnt even be writing this review . Hope this helps, i had been looking into thryv for several months prior and they seemed like a great software, completely took me by surprise. There answer was to have my customers whitelist them. Can you imagine sending a new customer an estimate but asking them to whitelist you first. Insanity at its best.

Pros

I like that it advertised on over 60 sites supposedly

Cons

I could not send emails to my customers, estimating would be 90% of my customers. Thryv.com emails have been blocked by AOL, AT&T, YAHOO, and apparently GMAIL too because i couldnt send an invoice to myself. My wifes SBCGLOBAL,NET worked very well. Yeah they dont bother to tell you this up front.

### "Customer Service "

Thrvy needs to improve on customer service.

Pros

That all my social media accounts are linked and I can pre set when each of my post will post to each account.

Cons

The customer service with Thryv was not so great. We had been dealing with customer's not being able to make payments on our website due to the way Thryv set up our widgets for 5 months. I had talk to numerous customer service agents who told me they would get back to me but never did for months until I called in to cancel Thryv and was finally able to get help.

### "Poor quality and they keep charging you even after canceling"

I was hopeful they would be worth the cost. All they want is the money. After we subscribed to the service, I never saw my account representative. I was never notified that he left, and that I was assigned another representative. She never reached out. The only time anyone reached out was when our credit card was expiring. Don't trust that they want to help. They just want your money.

My Social media problems are being solved with Thryv. I will be able to be out there on social media a lot more and by doing so, hoping to grow my business more.

Pros

Thryv is an easy program to use once the customer support walks you through it. Their customer support really makes sure that all the training you receive, you understand. Great system. I like how Thryv handles all the social media aspect of my business, so I don't have to take the time to post on every social media site out there.

Cons

The only feature that I don't like about Thryv is that when I am scheduling clients, it will not let me input more than one service at a time for a client. I have to schedule one service at a time for clients, and that can be confusing for them because then they end up getting multiple txts about their appointment, and they don't know what time their actual appointment is scheduled for.

The Thryv Support team is amazing! I always get a response right away and every employee knows their stuff! They also are great at following up and making sure we understand Thryv or checking if we need anything further!!

Pros

I love that in this software everything you need is in one place. When planning future marketing post, I can plan every day of the week, upload every picture/video I need with the captions, and can access it anywhere. Also, even if I decided I don't need that post now, it stays in Thryv and I don't have to worry about loosing the content or having to rewrite! Thank you Thryv!

Cons

The only downfall I have experienced is that the option to allow callers to text our phone line does not have pop up notifications. The only way to know if I have received a message is to long in.

### "A Lot in a Small Package"

Customer service was really responsive through email and phone. It was easy to use and set up. It had a lot to offer.

Pros

Thryv really packed a punch. It's a CRM, where you can collect payments, message clients, create coupons, and post to social media. Both the online platform and the mobile app were really easy to use.

Cons

I WISH it had newsletter capability AND task creation. I LOVE Hubspot's and Salesforce's task lists. If Thryv had that and the ability to make a newsletter, you'd really need nothing else.

Pros

I have enjoyed this marketing agency more than any other I have ever used. I was paying for four different agencies to what Thryv does for me all in one.

We haven't had any problems with our software.

Our practice has been able to collect revenue more easily by offering online payments through our Thryv website. As a small office with limited resources, we can't always make use of some of the software on the market. Thryv has enabled us to keep our patients up to date through our website, which has been tremendously helpful with the continuing business changes due to COVID.

Thryv has designed our website and helped us maintain its relevancy. We can easily have information updated based on services we offer to our patients.

Turn into a nightmare.

Pros

Normal features were ok, not great when I started. Website was ok, it was until they add an SEO for an extra $400 dollars that created problems. Promising to put me 1st on Google search only got me suspended from google.

Cons

Was using software for a while and was told if I add an seo it would put me on 1st spot in richland wa on Google search, 4 days later Google suspended my account because thryv manipulated Google algorithm and I paid the price. I will never do business with this company.

We to date have been uploading customer information and storing applicable documents. It's been so Easy to use and customize to your liking and or your businesses particular needs and if any doubts the Thryv team is always available. Great platform and Set-up

Pros

Starting from the introduction, to set-up and the ease of use Thryv has allowed us to finally go Paperless and communicate with customers effortlessly.

Cons

Integrating our old software which didn't allow to transfer customer database, so have to enter over 2000 customer manual. But everyone in Thryv was involved in trying to find a solution, at the end it's our system which didn't allow it. But we expect to be paperless within the year and doing monthly reports to add customers and documents.

### "Worst experience"

Never. Never. Never. purchase this product. They want to mention the 6 month contract I signed. However, in order to have a fully executed contract - I agree to use product for 6 mos. But they have to deliver a quality and functional product. They did not. This is the worse thing I've ever wasted money on in my 13 years of business. I have had to pay my bank to stop payment for future payments. As of today, I have not gotten refunded my initial down payment from the launch (if that's what you want to call it) of the product 6 weeks ago. Worse 6 weeks of my life.

Pros

There was nothing I liked about this experience. It was hands down the worst I've ever had purchasing software. Everyday was a new promise and a new lie. No integrity whatsoever from anyone in the company. Customer service was horrible and no one I worked with was knowledgeable about fixing anything.

Cons

We purchase this software. Nothing worked. They promised integration with QB Online. It took from March 3 to March 13 to sync my QB client database into Thryv. Then, there were thousands upon thousands of duplicates that they expected our staff to spend time deleting. After weeks, we finally got ready to launch Thryve. It would not integrate with QB from the App Market. We couldn't get an email to verify our email so that we could send automated campaigns. Google wouldn't integrate nor our social media which is another reason for purchase - to get reviews from our clients. By the time we cancelled after 6 weeks, not only did we not get to use Thryv for one single transaction, but it then integrated thousands of duplicates into our QB online. I have just spent 12 hours deleting duplicates and I'm not even half way through my client database.

GREAT!!!!

Pros

Just everything! My team and I tried to stay but we started to drown in bills. Thryv was our biggest bill so it had to go, so to say. It still hurts but we will be back! You will definitely get what you pay for here at Thryv! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] from the Executive Team are the best!!!

Cons

We wish it was a middle package between $55 - $199 that gives you the client portal that holds at least 500 contacts and documents.

It really gives your business an all in one platform that you can really "THYRV"!!! I was so anxious to get started, my partner knew he had to see what I saw. Once he saw the demo with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], he was SOLD!!! We signed up the next day!

### "Communicate and resolve like was said would happen!!"

All they had to do and still have opportunity to do is offer our funds back. they admittedly didn't provide proper services to us, we asked for one option to be credit back on our credit card while we figure out best options to move forward. Then the 2 representatives we were working with decided it was best to stop communicating back with us. If I/we did that as a small business operator to our customers I would expect to go out of business in a short time!!

Pros

They are pros at taking money and not making sure a customer is properly taken care of with monthly followups to ensure the services/products are being used properly or at all!!

Cons

Broken promises while we were trying to get a resolution to the issue at hand. Taking monthly funds and not producing and communicating with your customer should never take place. And if it does - do what is right and credit back the customer to show good faith that you are not what it seems you are.

It has made my job easier! When I can look at the beginning of someone’s recovery to present, and share that with the referral source, it’s an amazing feeling ! We get to see the outcome of working together.

Pros

It has made the tracking of where referral sources are coming from, as well as the status of each referral. This in turn, allows us to update referral source on how the partnership has made a difference in a persons recovery.

Cons

I haven’t found any cons yet. I do however need to follow up with our rep to ask if the software can prompt me if a referral does not follow through on scheduled intake appts.!without manually going in to check.
