### "Customer Service is the worst imaginable "

Business problem is I believe they look at what they collect from client each month and only do that amount of work. They are not interested in maximizing a business’s potential. They actually took nearly $1000.00 and then said they would have an ad produced in a couple of days and it took 3 weeks and then now another 3 weeks. It took long time for the to reimburse me after I complained.

I’m able to respond to customers quickly

Cons

Customer Service is a nightmare. We are on our 5th representative and she like the others just disappears by not answering phone calls or texts for several days. Software designing takes months to design and changes take a month to do. They are not helpful with google review issues either. Will be calling to see speak to someone about what it is going to take to have another company host the website for us.

I personally have had a wonderful experience with this program and with all of the staff I have spoken with.

Pros

I like how the staff at Thryv takes the time to answer your questions and help solve any issues you may have. I enjoy the beta tests and like how we can give our ideas of how this system can best benefit our needs

Cons

We are new to the program. I do not have any cons at this time. I do wish that the client poral was set up a little different but in time I feel like it will be. Thryv is new and growing. I feel like in the next year good things will be happening.

Pros

instead of going through the process of trying out similar products, this is the one to try with the training you have, it's more than just computer software without resources.

Cons

Integration was fine, I'm still getting used to some of the features, so all is good for now!

Excellent experience so far, from the initial sales person, to set up specialists, to web page building team, to the 24 hour support team. We can’t emphasize enough how helpful there are at walking you through the program. We are in the construction field, so if we can be taught..... anyone can!

Pros

Many features of this program are helpful with everyday applications. The social media tracking, posting is relatively easy to use. Client portal and advertising to customers is saving us hours in time and cost per man hour. The invoicing we are still new to and switching over, but are excited to implement it to our business. Their biggest asset to us was customer service. Always able to get questions answered or solved by them. They have obviously put this as a key component moving forward and hope they continue this trend. We are absolutely recommending this program and will continue to.

Cons

There are a ton of features, at first it seems like a rabbit hole every time you click a tab or option, but as you learn it becomes a breeze. They are constantly working on improving and use a customers suggestions. Can’t wait to see what they implement next.

Pros

Thryv is so easy to use! The setup was uncomplicated and quick, we didn't have to jump through hoops to get things done. I love that I can manage all my social media posts from one place and using posting plans when I want to change up the content posted. I also really love the price! We were paying a lot more for way, way, way less before switching to Thryv.

Cons

I have noticed that there are times when the social pages don't load for us to see our analytics, which is somewhat frustrating when you have to return to analytics at a different time, but it doesn't happen too often.

Due to this software, my time has been given back to me and I am able to focus more on quality customer service and other business needs.

Pros

The product itself is very easy to use and operate. I love the marketing tools that allow all my social media posting to be done at one time on scheduled days that I choose. I also love the tools to email multiple clients all at one time. MAJOR TIME SAVOR.

Cons

The least thing I like is that I can't get a financial report print out of revenue or at least I haven't been able to locate it if its there.

I started with Dex.com in 2012 when we opened our non-profit music school. We did a little comparison, and love who we've got. With a business as small and personal as mine, we enjoy dealing with "friends"!

Pros

I just ask, and you do it for me! I was So clueless when we started an online presentation.

Cons

It took a while to understand the new language/words to use to communicate online. Thankfully, my board of directors knew what you were talking about!

The employees associated with Thry were good at what they did, but just were not able to get the software program to where I needed it to be. I was not happy with being told that the software would work for my business, then after signing contract locking me into 6 months of payments seeing that the employees were not able to get the software to work for me as needed.

Pros

The only features that I found really useful for my business was the showing what and who owes for payment and the invoices sent at the end of day for owners to see what they currently owe. The feature that allowed owners to make payments themselves was also something that I liked for my business.

Cons

The software was not really equipped for my business as I was told it was. The booking feature was not a good designed feature and did not work well.

I was told that this software would work for my business, but it did not. Was mislead.

As an executive who also completes billable jobs while trying to handle the sales, marketing, & social media Thryv helps me perform mutliple job duties at an extremely effecient & high level.

Pros

So many positives it is hard to chose just one, but if I had to pick one I would say the ease of use for end users of all levels of experience in enterprise wide content management software. Whether you are a small business owner who stays small or becomes large or C-suite executive seeking a to improve how your company does business, Thryv has the type of platform & interface that can grow with you.

Cons

Still searching...maybe having a scanner functionality where the end user can scan bar codes, RFID, SKUs, etc to expedite the data entry stage.

Reason for choosing Thryv

It came down to value, customer service, and affordability in relation to said value & overall ROI. Our Business Advisor, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], has done an exceptional job guiding us through the entire pre-sale, sale, onboarding/implementation process. Overall I'm very happy with Thryv. My only recommendation to the Thryv team is that they continue to iterate and offer new features, especially a more robust CRM.

Pros

I like how Thryv aims to be a one-stop software solution for my commercial photography business, Eric Guel Photography. My top "pros" are: - Invoicing is easy, and via Braintree you get paid super fast. - Estimates look professional, and set you apart. - The calendar syncs with my Google calendar. - The scheduling tool has been very, very helpful. Instead of spending time on the phone or shooting emails back and forth, I'm able to book corporate headshots with clients without even "lifting a finger."

Cons

The CRM feature seems to be somewhat thin. I'd love to be able to see more CRM options other than tags and basic data storage. I'd love to see something like a sales funnel built in, and an option to set reminders to take action with certain customers.

The social media, as well as the client cards, are very helpful where we can centrally locate everything for a customer, another great feature is the texting from the conversation feature, where we dont have to give out our personal cell numbers

Cons

one problem is the invoicing and the small text, the other is when your texting your constantly refreshing to stay with the conversation

Pros

The best part of Thryv for our company is storing all of our customer information, keeping up with the sales pipeline, email blasts and social media. We also changed our website over from a previous company and we couldn't be happier with the change! I can edit and add anything I need, directly from Thryv. If I ever have any issues, customer service and my local rep are there to help in a timely manner.

Cons

There isn't one such thing that I dislike, but there are a lot of functions that we don't use. I wish you could custom choose which options you want to use.

Thryv created our website and was able to link our landline phone to the software and covert messages left that were texts and send them to my cell. Also, the ability to self manage social campaigns is a great advantage. THE BEST FEATURE is COST of them managing my business on all website platforms for one price and no surprises.

Pros

Portability and transparency from a mobile or home landline. Can access leads easily and manage campaigns easily.

Cons

Occasionally, the password wouldn't work or it could have been newbie error;-(

Pros

The idea that everything we need to successfully run our business, is all taken care of in one place, is such a relief and a time-saver!!

Cons

When I had a training for my users, they felt there was wayyy too much information that they did not need and did not pertain to them.

### "Great option for the multi-business owner"

Pros

I love the ease of it, the CRM helps us stay connected to our clients and the team. The team behind the services like website design, walk-through at the beginning. The team continues to be in communication with you when ever help is needed. I love the social media services that are included in one of the packages. Not having to worry about when the last time we posted on Instagram or Facebook is such a relief. Being able to have your business all over the Internet with a simple form is priceless. Thryv also helps the business stay on top of the website/social media reputation, which could be a huge challenge.

Cons

The one thing that I would love for Thryv to add to their services is a phone integration. It helps with tracking calls and interactions with clients and prospects. I believe that would round out their services quit nicely.
